KFC, Niles MI

Good chicken and total meal. Had a Coupon for the 8 piece meal. The young man at the window was so sweet and helpful.

I was given no napkins or the honey mustard I asked for. When I started to eat my Cole slaw, it had turned bad and almost made me sick.

The worst experience. Ordered a 4 with an additional side. Left to go back to my hotel. They didn't include the mash potatoes, chicken was dry, no honey for the biscuit, no fork, and I will never go there again. Staff was what you get from non caring younger people.

The only reason they get one star is because the Cole slaw and potatoes and gravy were good. Very small portions. I ordered original recipe. When I opened the chicken it was so dark, way over cooked. It was very, very salty. Worse chicken I've ever had. My husband fed most of his to our dogs. Never go back to that KFC again. Not sure if I'll go back to any of them. Stick to Martins chicken.

Done with this place. It started one day when I ordered a 3 piece dinner at the drive thru and when I got home it was 3 scrawny wings and the wrong side.
Since then EVERY TIME I have tried to place an order it is always "we don' have any" or "we are out of" whatever I am trying to order. How this place stays in business in a mystery.
Do yourself a favor, if you want fried chicken, go to the grocery store deli or Popeyes instead.

We had a coupon so we got the family meal. We got half crispy and half regular. Opened it up at home and you could not tell the crispy from the regular. It was dry. My husband called to let them know how bad it was and whom ever he talked to said we just cook what they give us. I'm sure the chicken was fine it was just over cooked both the crispy and the regular. The rest of the coupons we had went into the trash. No more KFC for us.

Better than I remember. It's been years since I've had KFC, but I'm happy I gave it another try. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. Portions were large. Will definitely be back.

Dining room is NEVER open. They won't open the dining room. Stop doing business with companies that refuse to open their dining room! There are plenty of other businesses that open their dining room doors to customers

Got the eight piece chicken dinner today and it was absolutely terrible! I ordered original and it tasted extra crispy burnt! Also screwed up on the order of what I chose from my three sides unfortunately I waited to get home to find this out! I know Kentucky fried chicken went down the drain after the 60’s and 70’s but this meal I would not feed to my dog! Save your money!

The legs looked old and I think they were cooked yesterday. The potatoes cold and the gravy had a weird smell and taste. My wife and my daughter were very upset with the food. Come on KFC you are going down hill. FIX YOUR FOOD

#1 The doors were LOCKED at 8pm
#2 Drive thru - person taking the orders was obnoxiously taking our order literally.
#3 The whole store was out of french fries so had to substitute. Apparently out of butter for biscuits too!
#4 The original chicken sandwich was very dry and hard NOT made to order and FRESH as the sign on the door stated.
On top of everything I didnt get a receipt.
I should have just gone to McDonalds!

Pretty good drive through is how I ordered, they have some great family meal deals. Food is good service was fast n friendly.

This time was very busy but busted butt and was nice n everything was good

I love KFC. This one has a chronic issue with speed. The drive through should not take 25 minutes. The people are nice and the food is good but I don't go when I'm hungry because I won't eat for at least another half hour and then the drive home.it is what it is I guess.

KFC is doing really well inspite the large amount business and long lines Niles has during any normal feeding time. Some people may get frustrated waiting but the quality of the food is good and the employees are running around shorthanded yet still pushing out service. Kudos to them. Ordering online is also very easy you walk right in and see a designated area for you food with a clear label showing your name.

We ordered the beyond chicken today, and it was delicious! So excited to finally see fast food catering to vegetarians! Food was fresh and the service was friendly. It didn’t look like the place was super clean though.

Been going downhill for sometime.
Tonight, burnt at least day old nasty didn't even taste like chicken. What happened?

I have very little problem with kfc idk if I'm just getting lucky or what but the food is delicious and I normally don't have to wait that long

Chicken was awful. Biscuit hard no butter or honey, no utensils or napkins were included in the bag. Luckily we just pulled over in the parking lot to eat. Had to go back inside to get them. Not impressed. Worst KFC ever.

We dined in, though there nobody else dining it was a welcoming respite from the long lines in the drive-thru place was bright, very clean great job team KFC

I have to give 5 stars just for the great customer service. Everytime I have ordered food through the drive thru I have been greeted by an employee who is friendly and actually appears to enjoy interacting with their customers! Great customer service is so rare these days. The Niles Kentucky Fried Chicken employees should be commended. Now if they could just show other fast food restaurants how to interact with customers.
