I had a bacon burger actually it was very good it’s been a minute since I had a burger and I was craving one for the past few days so I thought I’d stop at MCKY D’s and smash me a nice burger the fries were fresh KRISP and very hot? Yummmmy No stop reading this and go smash a burger

Save your money it's just gross special requests no ketchup or fresh filet of fish ha pluse the tack on 16%to your order. Never have coupons

I’ve been waiting 20 minutes just to let you know the name on my order. If you don’t have the staff to make the delivery orders, please turn the apps off. Stop making drivers wait forever just to pick up the order you don’t have enough people to prepare.

Frozen food that is made incorrectly along with the rudest staff I've ever encountered. Lady walked away in the midst of making a sandwich to check her phone while everybody else stood aimlessly around the kitchen. No hellos, thank yous, or have a nice days.

Did a uber eats pickup there and they gave me the wrong order so I circled back to the drive thru to get it right. After letting them know that the order was wrong. One of the workers told me it's ok, I should just give it to the customer even though the order was completely different ‍️ unprofessional

Food has been inconsistent, but at least the store is open more consistently than other locations in the area. Mainly posting this to remind myself to stop rolling the dice with this place. Today our sandwiches mostly tasted likd grease, and the nuggets were so dry that my wife couldn't finish them. One time the food was so salty that it burned our taste buds. A lot of times they get the food right. The times they get it wrong though is punishing. Staff are generally courteous. They offer curbside and drive thru. It's in a busy area which can make it challenging to get in & out.

Went here after dropping off my chinchilla at the vet. No sense in sitting in my car without food. Because it was breakfast hours, they were busy, and I'm willing to bet short-staffed due to Covid. Wait was a bit longer than I expected in the drive-thru, but it was fine. I placed my order through the app to make it easier, and so they could start making my food. Cashier Melissa confirmed my order at the window, and she was so nice and efficient. Would go back just for her customer service!
P. S. Not related to this visit, but please be kind to our service workers. With the pandemic going on so long, they've gotta be exhausted.

Went inside to use the restroom, three people standing behind the counter talking and the restrooom was disgusting, absolutely nasty. Definitely didn’t make me want to eat there, so I didn’t. Wouldn’t want to know how gross the kitchen is where customers can’t see if you won’t clean the restroom where customers can see. I wish I had my phone on me I would definitely upload pics. I will be back to check again and get some pics if none of you decided to clean. Zero stars if I could. There’s no excuse to be standing around talking if the bathroom looks like that.

Very rude staff, terrible quality food. There are better McDonald's in the area to go to. I will not be returning to this location

Waited 15 minutes with no one else in line front of me. Three workers were standing/walking around idle. Food was cold, fries were old and lukewarm. Never patronizing here again!

Says close at 11. Got their at 10: 40 no answer on the speaker waited 15 minutes. Nothing ended up leaving and their was people inside

rude, I waited in the line seems like forever. For a half hour.
My turn to order and they going to tell me their only making quarter pounders. All I wanted to say to the ordererthat she should post that they are only making quarter pounders in the front of the McDonald's or on the
building when you drive in the parking lot from the main street. Yelling I couldn't get a word in. I know they might be under staff but thats no reason to be Rude and disrespectful to anyone. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.

The worst experience. I have tried doing a mobile order twice, and both times they never brought me my food, and would not answer when I knocked on the door. They have taken my money twice and refused to acknowledge it even after driving through the drive through to ask about my mobile order. Would not recommend going to this McDonald’s ever

Why does it seem like every Mcdonalds in this city has horrible service? Why do none of them ever have any actually correct hours posted? Why do none ever have any indication that they're only doing mobile orders instead making people waste so much time waiting in drive thru lines? How hard is it to put a sign up? If there's a long line, don't waste your time waiting because there's a good chance they're only doing mobile orders. This is true of every Mcdonalds I've visited.

Lady was extremely rude, just an awful experience and I will go to a different location next time for sure, avoid this location everyone.

Horrible location, don't waste your time or money. Not only was the order incorrect, it was burned, and this is not this location's first offense. If only corporate cared.

This spot is conveniently on the way home. They are short staffed, like everyone else. Late night service you should expect to wait. Any time there's a line, you should expect to wait. Friendly staff.

Everyone loves McDonald's however the lack of hot food after you waited an extra long line it's kind of insulting especially when your patient enough to wait in the long lines and not be nasty only to get your food and it's lukewarm or cold

If I wait in line for 20 minutes to get a cheap burger I could have went to a coney island it entirely defeats the purpose of fast food if your slow
