3I was using Precision for a few years to clean my furnace and my air conditioner.the last time they came up to clean my furnance, I was told that my burners were rusted and needed to be replaced. I had Great Dane come out and they inspected my furnace and NOTHING was wrong, no rusty, perfect running condition. NO repairs needed. They are not trustworthy and I stopped using them.
Ron came out and made the process easier than I could imagine. Very knowledgeable and gave me my options without any pressure. The best part is the crew not only cleaned up after themselves but the entire area. Highly recommend!
Great experience overall. Very friendly, on time, affordable, and professional. The guys repaired our furnace and got us running before it got too cold out.
