Had my first appointment today the staff there was amazing very professional yet compassionate towards my situation and and thanks to Destiny who went over my insurance and payment options and made sure I was able to get what I needed and was extremely helpful to me I decided to make my appointment and move forward. I feel this is a great start to my journey Thanks Aspen Dental

This was first visit. Everyone treated me with respect. Took time with me. I have no complaints. Everyone was fantastic!

If I was being completely honest, I was scared which was quickly resolved when Abraham called me back to the exam room. I was greeted with a smile and his warm demeanor. I immediately told him how nervous I was. He was very reassuring and comforting throughout my visit. He gave me an overview of how my appointment was going to go and explained everything single thing he was doing. The Hygienist, Ms. Jennifer was a doll! She took her time and examined all of my teeth and gave me a good report. When Dr. Louis arrived, he was super nice as well. He was very thorough and often asked if I had any questions regarding my treatment plan. Lastly, definitely it least Destiny was so sweet too. She handled the financial aspect of my treatment plan. I loved how she asked me what was most important to me and tailored my treatment plan accordingly. I had an amazing experience! If you are highly afraid of the dentist, this is the place for you to go! Tell them, Amber sent you!

Called in worried about cavities and got scheduled for the next day as a new patient. Had a wonderful experience with the staff during my x-rays, and they gave me a detailed list of what it would cost to get my teeth straightened and bleached with no pressure to close same day. Would highly recommend this location, worth the drive for a great experience

Aspen Dental Clinic's employees are always kind and helpful. This helps to provide a tranquil environment especially when one has dental work done.

I have had 3+ appointments scheduled, none of which transpired. One was canceled due to no dentist all of a sudden, three others were confirmed, and one was confirmed, drove 25 miles one way and I was "not on the schedule". I personally rate their service as very poor.

I love the staff everyone was so nice and have a beautiful smile and the dr I don't remember his name but he was so nice and everyone very pt with you iwill tell others people's about my experiences how great you all are God bless happy holidays

Extracted three bottom teeth, took two surgeries because first dentist did a very poor job. Left me in pain for over two weeks because of their appointment system. The second surgery, different dentist, improved the botched first surgery, but still left part of a tooth in the gum which caused bit down pain. Could not get another appointment because I was told that they had no dentist available. Went to another dentist to get issues resolved and dentures made.

Their dental services were fine. I would give 3 star for that. But good luck trying to get a claim filed on your insurance. I have called and asked them 10 times to file with my insurance. They say the filed it but it never has happened. Now, I am not going to get full reimbursement from my insurance carrier because it has been over a year for their service. I have contacted my insurance carrier for a claim form to file it myself. Insurance-wise they suck and have screwed me. They also have a problem with scheduling for a procedure and not having the right people to do the procedure. Very unorganized. Go to someone else besides Aspen Dental. You'll be glad you did. I had to give them One Star just to post this.

PASCAGOULA OFFICE:
Start at beginning, GREAT! The hygenist is WONDERFUL!

Their new lab tech, WONDERFUL! People out front! NO PEOPLE SKILLS! YOU let the last GREAT person go or she quit. My husband has been on the phone for the last hour trying to make an appt to get an ajustment on the denture that took us 1 year to get! They dont answer phone!
COMPUTERS ARE ALWAYS DOWN! NOT GOOD! She quit. Compuyers AL

I am very dissatisfied as a patient with Aspen Dental of Pascagoula, MS located at 4001 Denny Ave. This is my own experience and my opinion, I have been a patient for many years, and I have had wonderful experiences until this past year. First, my most recent appointment took me several months to even get an appointment at the Pascagoula office due to their system crashing and weeks of appointments had to be rescheduled. My information was taken stating that in a few weeks someone would reach out to get me scheduled, after that I, myself repeatedly called, left messages and finally was able to set an appointment. I came into the office last week for my scheduled appointment for a whitening of which I took 3 hours of vacation off work because I was told that was the amount of time it would take to be completed. Once I arrived, I was informed that the bleach that came with the whitening treatment was missing Allegedly. (Which made no sense if each kit comes with its own substance, then I'm assuming the kits are tampered with or shared prior to patients receiving treatment). I was assured that the day before the hygienist and the Office Manager Allegedly and I say Alleged because she identifies as the AOM, as I would assume Office Manager had checked the kit the day before my appointment and everything appeared to be there, which an apology was offered but again that was unnecessary time missed from work. Then I was told I would be called because there was an issue running my Care credit information. I left a number for the office manager for providers so that they could speak to see where the problem was, and never received a call back. I called the office on yesterday was placed on hold and no one ever came to the phone, so I called back and asked if the AOM could call me to let me know what's going on. I called back a third time and finally spoke to her only to be told that there was a certain step that must be completed before I could be scheduled. Here I am still waiting, no call back but I was assured that they were working on my account. I am very frustrated, and I feel like customer satisfaction/customer commitment is not being honored. The moment they decided they were too busy to come to the phone, why not reach back out with a call or email to say they are working on the problem. Not to mention I have seen several emails only for those to be ignored. Nothing about this situation speaks professionalism nor Patient satisfaction. Just a phone call or little insight into what’s going on would not take 5 minutes to explain to a person. I am grateful because I was able to reach out to the Aspen Dental in Diberville, MS and on the first ring was able to assist me and listen to me. I spoke to a young lady by the name of Natalie who was very concerned and offered to help me as well as look into any issues that may cause a delay. In any position an individual should put themselves in the other person’s shoes. How would you feel if you were ignored? How would you feel if your calls went unanswered? How would you feel if you yourself been a product of the Medical/ Billing/ Insurance field and you understood and know the frustrations of dealing with Insurance, yet you also know that patient satisfaction and customer service comes first. Again, this review is strictly for the lack of service and treatment I received at the Pascagoula, Aspen Dental location located at 4001 Denny Avenue, Pascagoula, MS located across the street from KFC in Pascagoula. I will be filing a complaint with the Cooperate office.

Not only do I not have insurance but I was coming in with really bad issues, I did not know if I could afford it or if it would even be possible. When I say that this team is outstanding it’s an understatement and I’m only halfway done with my procedures. I had to have a lot of teeth pulled and with that being said the noise of them working on me in a silent room bothered me I have a ton of anxiety, Brian Anyanwu the dentist that’s been there for me heard that and played music for me my next appointment as loud as I needed and carried on having fun conversation to completely distract me from the process, he really is the best, and I know I am not an easy patient lol. Hands down insurance or no insurance this awesome dentist and the financial team will help you make helping yourself possible. I feel so blessed to have stepped through their doors.
