I cannot say enough about Dr. Teets and the staff at Biloxi Family Dental. They are amazing and remember little the details about all their patients. As soon as you walk in, they make you feel like you have been coming to see them for years, even if it is your first visit. Kaylan is the gentlest Dental Hygienist I have ever been to, no hesitation going in now that I have found them.

Very nice experience. The hygienist Kalyan was amazing. In all my years of dental service I have never witnessed someone as patient, knowledgeable, and meticulous as she was. Mrs. Cheryl was also very warm and knowledgeable in her dental receptionist role. Very thorough with billing explanations. Dr. Teets was very warm and not intimidating at all. I have some crown work to be done. I will update you on the results. So far very pleased.

I finally found the place to go with my family for dental care. I had the best experience there. They made me feel comfortable and made me feel like I have been a patient there for a long time. I will recommend this place to anybody.

The staff at Biloxi Family Dental are top notch. I was able to get an appointment that wasn’t a month out; I was seen at the time of my appointment-not 15 or 20 minutes waiting in reception; and the procedures went exactly as they had described. Very pleased to call them my family dentist.

Cheryl, Kaylan, Shoretta, and, last but certainly not least, Dr. T were phenomenal. Cheryl was not only able to get me in next day, she was also able to give me accurate financial quotes for everything that I had planned to have done. She was able to accommodate me by sending me the new patient paperwork ahead of time as well as made the process as seamless as possible for retrieving mine and my husband records from our previous dentist. I came in for a basic cleaning with Kaylan and Dr. T, but turns out I had the beginnings of a cavity. Kaylan and Dr. T not only educated me on my current issues, but also on how to reduce the chances of them repeating in the future. They also educated me on how to reduce the chances of advancement for other issues I was a suspect for. Kaylan was so efficient and gentle with the cleaning I could have went to sleep in her chair. After my cleaning, Dr. T had a break in his schedule, and he was more than willing to do my filling same day. Dr. T and Shoretta took their time to ensure I was comfortable through the entire process which resulted in a relatively quick and painless procedure. They even took extra time to flush and suction to ensure I wouldn’t have to bear the nasty, lingering taste of novocaine. Their office is clean and organized but also feels very homey. They welcome you as if you’re part of the family. I cannot say enough about the crew at Biloxi Family Dental Care, and I cannot wait for my cleaning in September.

Moved down to the gulfcoast in 2021 and have been looking for a good gamily dentist for myself and my 4 children. I made the appointment for 1 child on the 24th of January. They were able to see my kid the next day. Arriving at the place it's an intimate office. I enjoy smaller places with less traffic due to my children with me most of the time. But we walked in, signed papers, and sat on comfortable couches. We didn't have to wait too long before getting seen by the hygienist and dentist. Actually, we only came for 1 of my kids but ended up leaving with all 3 of us getting our teeth examined. The beautiful ladies in the office even babysat for me while I was getting my teeth examined. So patient, caring, and helping in any way they can. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and helped with a lot of my future dental plans that I was curious about. I highly recommend this place, highly!
