Hilton Garden Inn Biloxi

Front desk staff has been nothing but amazing. Thank you Ricky for helping me out when I wanted some late night coffee. He had started to clean the coffee machine but stopped what he was doing so I could make a cup for myself. Then proceeded to go back to the kitchen to get the half-and-half for me because it had been put away for the night. This stay has been top notch just like all the others that I have had. This is why I am a loyal Hilton customer.

Everything here is great it's one of my favorite properties and I don't have many by Hilton. GOOD TELEVISION.not the horrible ones they have replaced with Samsungs that are absolutely not user friendly! Great Bathrooms!

Quaint Garden Inn, parking was non existant, drive around a few times, then ended up parking down the street, lugging a suitcase on a lumpy road doesn't set the mood for a hotel stay. Rooms are a little smaller than normal. I am a diamond member. However, desk clerk did not recognize that. I figured the complimentary water was in the room, it wasn't. I had to go back down to request the water. Internet service was down the entire evening, no fault of staff yet made it inconvenient. Bar was nice. Andre, the bartender, was beyond awesome. Professional and personable. Went down for breakfast at 1000. The grill was shut down already and buffet was scraps. This was a weekend, usually foods are available until 1030. Staff was packing everything up. So missed the breakfast and lost the breakfast credit. I wish breakfast hours would have been tild to us at checkin. Couldn't access UR code as internet down, so we had no way of knowing the hours differ from other Garden Inns.
So beside the negatives, it is a pretty hotel. Staff was pleasant. Hotel is secure with use of card key/digital card for elevator use. Bar food was very good. Across from casinos and plenty of restaurants, all in walking distance.

Great little hotel, right near downtown Biloxi. Easy walking distance from the nightlife and restaurants in town, and a 5 minute walk to the Beau Rivage casino if you like that sort of thing. Even better, Waffle House is a 2 minute walk!

Room and location are great. I’m lowering my rating because when I arrived to eat breakfast at 8: 45 on a Sunday morning I was told the kitchen was closed and the only food available was what was left on the buffet. This consisted of old scrambled eggs, greasy sausage and cold pastries. For $12.95 (plus tax and tip), I would have appreciated the opportunity to order hot, fresh cooked food from the menu instead. Earliest I’ve ever had a hotel restaurant shut down their kitchen on a weekend morning and very disappointing experience.

The front desk staff working 12/10/23 at 2: 30pm is who completely ruined this stay for us.
We showed up 30 minutes prior to check in, eager to get out of the car after traveling. We figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask if the room was ready, if not we didn’t mind waiting in the lobby. We asked the front desk worker if she knew when it would be ready, her response was “I don’t know, I would have to call housekeeping”. No worries, we just sat down in the dining area.
She continued to gossip with another staff member. At 2: 55 pm we overheard her ask the front desk worker what we were waiting on (we had not been updated or even spoken to once in 25 minutes) and the response was “that’s what they get for showing up early”. She continued to just grab her bag and leave, never even updating us. The only reason we knew our room was ready was because the app told us.
I’m sorry but we are very loyal to Hilton. On top of paying for a pretty expensive credit card with them yearly, we have probably spent thousands with them this year alone. This has turned me off of the brand.

The room itself was pretty nice. We were nicely greeted by all the housekeeping staff we passed. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was amazing. We received first class service from the manager Ricky and his team. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were very nice and the bed was super comfortable. It was within walking distance to the hard rock and Beau Rivage casinos. And Waffle House is right next door which took care of my late night hunger needs. Thank you Hilton for such a great experience, we will be back!

The rooms are pretty nice, but that's the Hilton way at most Garden Inns. Great service, nice breakfast and dinner selections. Staff was great, and the hotel was very clean, even with all the sandy feet and foot traffic. Very well kept. Just a road crossing away from the beach, about 200ft-300ft from the from door, depending on where you exit. And watch out for the late night homeless outside if you go out walking real late. Night is when they roam.not many, but they are there

Really impressed by the location, cleanliness, and amenities. Only bummer was the 12.95 buffet which isn’t even free for Diamond HH members, but even that can’t dim how excellent this hotel was for what we wanted.

The lady working the desk, Nicole, and the manager handled her with class and professionalism. I’m not sure I would’ve handled it as well as they did.

Only stayed one Friday night at the end of Cruising the coast week. Parking was limited but to be expected during a popular event. Location was very central to everything and rooms were clean and well kept.

Didn't stay here because of the car convention ate up the rooms. The desk manager was extremely helpful finding something down the road.

Recently stayed for 8 days during cruising the coast. Rooms were nice and clean. Front desk employees were very nice.
Room service was not the best. Had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper more than once. Not sure what their room cleaning schedule was, we were just told you are not on the list?
Was told when reservations were made, that there was a free continental breakfast. That was not the case. $12.95 buffet breakfast was available. Was also told there was plenty of room for cars with trailer. Everyone in that stretch of towns all know how many people trailer cars. There were not enough handicapped parking spots along with regular spots. There was plenty of room for tents out front.

The rooms were really nice and clean. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We recently visited for Cruisin the Coast and the location was perfect. The Waffle House next door was great and clean! We walked to Fat Tuesday's and so many other places are walking distance. Right across from the beach and Hard Rock. Special shoutout to Andre that run the restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious and he was so helpful and friendly. First time staying (we normally stay at Doubletree), but definitely not our last.

What a great experience. From the time we walked in and Ricky met us at the counter with a friendly smile, we had a fantastic stay. The hotel was clean, the room was nice with a view of the beach. We will definitely stay here again. Great location and even better service. Thanks Ricky for taking great care of us!

On the ocean, close to everything, parking lot is under the hotel so the only entrance is through the elevator, must use your key card to get to your floor every time. Excellent modern rooms beautiful sea views. Good food. Comfortable large rooms.
