Midtown Starkville

Living at Midtown Apartments has been a wonderful experience! Midtown is in an amazing location, I can easily walk to campus or downtown however still avoid the noise that comes with living in the middle of the Cotton District. Midtown is clean and the apartment complexes are very spacious! All of the residents in Midtown are friendly and considerate of each other! I also love that there is always somewhere to park! I seriously have no complaints about Midtown!

LOVE living here! Best environment and best location hands down! Midtown has clean, spacious units, amenities near by, and great management! I've been so grateful to call this place home for the past two years! 10/10 would recommend (and have recommended) Midtown to anyone looking for an apartment in Stark!

My daughter was accepted into vet school at Mississippi in Feb.and school starts in June. We are 9 hours away. I called so many places and either they would not even return my calls or they had nothing available on such short notice. I luckily came across Ms. Stormi who not only met but exceeded our expectations. Midtown had nothing available in a one bedroom but she made some calls to current tenants and found one due to her moving out sooner then expected. It is very hard to find companies who care or will even go out of their way to help. I would highly recommend Ms. Stormi and Midtown Starkville.

This is my second year living at Midtown and I can say without hesitation that it is the BEST student living apartments in Starkville. Midtown is located in the heart of Starkville only a short walk from campus, the cotton district, and shopping downtown! Throughout my time here I have always felt safe and knew that if I had any issues, Stormi would be right on it! The apartments are spacious and have up to date appliances, granite countertops, and spacious bathrooms. The space allows you to make it however you want, making you feel at home! I would recommend Midtown to anyone looking for a space to live during their time at MSU!

I’m on my second year of living at Midtown, and I love it. The units are clean upon move in, and are pretty spacious. Maintenance gets done relatively quickly. The location is really nice. Plenty of good restaurants/bars within a walking distance and not far from campus. There is always enough parking *for residents*. Most importantly, I’ve never felt unsafe living here.

Midtown is the best! Excellent staff and friendly people. I’m on my second year living here and I’m so glad I decided to move here. Stormi (manager) does a great job at making sure things are kept looking nice and that the tenants are happy!

Midtown is the best apartments in Starkville for college students! I have really enjoyed my time here. The apartments are big and very clean. It is in a great location for getting to campus and is very safe. I would highly recommend anyone to live here.

I have lived at Midtown for 2 years now and love it! The management is great and easy to contact. The apartments are clean and up to date. Midtown is definitely a home away from home!

This will be my second year living at midtown and I have absolutely loved it so far! It’s in a wonderful location and is probably the nicest apartments I’ve seen in Starkville. There are rarely any issues with the place, but whenever there is something wrong the manager answers quickly and is very helpful. Parking here is also great, and I can’t recall ever being unable to find a spot.

Great location and nice layouts.

Stuff was constantly breaking, wifi was poor, wifi also went out when the microwave was turned on, maintenance is slow, roommates roof leaked 3 times.

This apartment complex is the best- there is always parking available, maintenance comes and fixes things quickly (on the rare occurrence anything needs to be fixed) and the apartments themselves are updated!

I have lived here for 2 years and my experience have been amazing. The staff makes you feel welcomed and acts as a family away from home.

I have enjoyed living at midtown over this past year! It’s nice on the interior and very roomy. I do not regret choosing to live here one bit! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and safe place to live!

I lived here for one year and absolutely loved it. These are the nicest student living apartments that you will find in Starkville. They are clean and very well take care of. The location is great as it is walkable to campus as well as downtown and the district. It is more quiet at night than the district. With the parking lot having lights and cameras in the stairs with lights I feel comfortable. You need a key fob to get in and then a code to get into your specific room. I would recommend midtown to anyone!
