Pep Boys, Biloxi MS

Went for new tires. They put on the tires but did not align them. They bumbled around messing with my fluids and light bulbs for a simple tire replacement but couldn't align them. No thanks good tires bad service

Great Service Susan and John Keith and Crew are very honest helpful! And doesn't try to get you to do anything unnecessary to your vehicle not required but will let you know what they suggest but you don't have to do it but it can be the factor that keeps you and others safe on the dangerous highway! Susan is very sweet and Compassionate! They have my business!

After several attempts to get my wife's car in for simple warranted service (rotate and balance) from new tires we bought a bit ago
I was able to drop the car off on a Friday and pick up on Saturday. I noticed otw the shop, while following the car a brake light was out, not a big deal but pep boys never noticed. I also knew about a noise in my wife's stearing and thought the tech would easily notice it upon inspection or when they moved it.again nothing. Was told everything seemed fine. I was indeed tried to sold cabin filter, air filter and a brake job. When I went to pick up car, salesman handed me my paperwork and never said a word, I had to ask a few questions and even then were given very short answers. Not really any explanation about what was on the printout. In addition the paperwork was very short with lots of white space, not really the 100+ point inspection report I was expecting.

In closing, i would go some where else.

Pep Boys in Biloxi is the only place I will trust with my vehicles! They picked up things with my trucks that even the dealership missed. They are knowledgeable, the prices are very reasonable, and most important, they're honest! Susan and her crew are simply the best!

Was very helpful with my decision making of tire choice. Took extra time and provided over the top service. Will be a return customer.

Hi, I made a appointment for next day, waited less than 5 minutes once I got there, had my problem fixed in twenty minutes, dry happy.

Upon walking in I was greeted and treated with value and respect from John and Susan. I have never been to Pep Boys and I would highly recommend this location to be treated fairly and appreciated as a consumer. My new go-to for tires when the need arises.

Fast appointment time, really good service, only issue is price can be a little more pricey. But overall I would recommend using Pep Boys for your Auto needs

Appointment scheduled for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Great service. Friendly staff. Jason my service consultant did a great job. I was in and out within a reasonable length of time. I felt like it was thorough and done properly.

I met some great people to chill with while waiting. No stress at all. I will be back.

They were busy but very accommodating and done quickly. I needed a new battery. Checked into Auto Zone and Advance Auto parts. All places were pretty consistent price wise but I was concerned about someone at an auto parts store trying to change my battery. My Dad was a mechanic, I can't help it. They did include a complimentary inspection of car. Even though they thought I could use an alignment they didn't try to upsell me. I certainly appreciate that. They have an online appointment service and will answer call in questions.

Brought a truck in - removed a nail and patched it up in no time! Great service and will be using again!

All of my cars have pep boy tires. (5). They have the best tires with the best price. Their service prices r a bit high but they by far have best tires service/price on tires

I have not experienced this level of customer service much on the Gulf Coast. They are experts and are very kind and very competitive on pricing. They make me feel like I am the most important customer that they have. I suppose this is how they treat everyone. Susan is AMAZING! I ordered some special ordered Tesla tires and they expedited them and got them next day. A couple of months later, I had a blowout in Biloxi and they had my car transported and ordered a new tire and put it on the next morning. They are excellent communicators and far exceed anyone else in the tire/maintenance industry on the Coast.

Susan was so sweet and really cares you can't find that anymore. She is the reason I'll be back

John and Cooper have renewed my faith in Pep Boys. After a few bad experiences with Pep Boys in Mobile off Airport… I am glad to receive great service again. I recommend this location for your car care needs. Call and talk with John or Cooper. In and out and got a full check on my 4Runner.

Returned with my Lexus the manager was there and took great care of the vehicle.

Flat tire on the way to work this morning. The guys were super friendly and got me back on the road very quickly!

I’m a regular customer. I trust their service for my BMW and also my DENALI suv. Both are reliable and running great.

These people have had my car since Monday, its Friday & I have to keep calling them just for an update.
