Logan did what was needed and let me know felt right at home everyone was perfect gentlemen.

Don't recommend this place to any one we got a new truck my dad has worked very hard for and couldnt be more deserving. I watch him come home exsusted evey day. The truck he had provoded for us was running great until the moment he brought it home frome this place after a simple inspection. They don't even deserve 1 star but I had to give it to make every one aware I feel like people deserve to know.

Extremely long wait time not impressed. Couldn't see vehicle when being inspected. Made me wonder what they were doing to the vehicle possibly to get more business all in all I will not be going back other then to get inspection passed. The time on my bill was wrong. I additionally add I was under my truck today befor I took it in and yesterday befor I purchased it and didn't see a drop of oil today after I left there is oil all over the bottom of my truck. Very suspicious about what went on with my truck. I had a bad vibe when they where takeing so long anyway. Team Dependable? Yea depend on your vehicle to come out worse then it went in.

Rude and unfriendly when they didn't get the job of fixing it so they could make $4000 off me but wanted the vehicle off their property and Paid right away. I didn't ask for a diagnostic on the vehicle just to see what it would cost to fix the transmission. They charged me $200 for a tow across town and this diagnostic test that I didn't agree to. They don't care about the customer only the money and not friendly and couldn't even smile or greet a person. Wasn't a good first experience with them

Very helpful and got the job done. The best thing was it was less expensive than quoted elsewhere! Only one little hiccup, but is was a supplier issue, not Dependable’s fault.

There are not enough positive words to tell you how great this place is. Needed my 87 y/o dad's truck towed, out in the middle of nowhere, and these guys stepped up their game. I live 3 hours away, and they took care of everything thing. They should get more than 5 stars. They're honest, dependable, and I'll use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

I cannot say enough about the Dependable Automotive personnel. Everyone is informative, funny, pleasant and keep you in the loop of everything they are doing for your vehicle. These are great people, Christian people and sometimes it might be a little expensive.

They are dependable. They get you in promptly and have good pricing on repairs. Have taken several cars to them and were very knowledgeable and helpful. As long as I continue to have great service I will always return!

Took the car to get a thermostat fixed and while that went perfectly fine, someone in the shop broke the power seating. The manager admitted it probably happened in the shop but refused to fix it without charge and made us pay for even looking at it. The mechanics are nice but I don’t recommend this place because they don’t fix what they break.

Very professional team. Respectful of the customer and thorough vehicle report. During a state inspection, I received a detailed vehicle report with photos before my truck even left the shop!

These guys go the extra mile to take care of your car while keeping the cost of repairs down. Very professional and knowledgeable with no up selling of services. I will go back for sure.

Had a problem with my truck exhaust manifolds due to sloppy work done years ago that should have required new cylinder heads to correct. The mechanic at Dependable Automotive demonstrated out of the box thinking and an incredible level of craftsmanship fabricating a permanent repair, without changing cylinder heads, saving me a substantial amount of money. This guy is a wizard!
I appreciate the level of expertise and care that was provided by the entire team. They are the real deal!

Excellent customer service and my car was taken care of in a timely manner. They were very informative with me when they inspected my car, pictures included. Will use their service again.

Won’t install parts unless you buy the parts from them even though the parts are new in a box never touched.
