I have been on hold for the toll free number for Medicare for over 3 hours! Does anybody know how to work and answer a phone and why do we pay taxes for their salaries when they do nothing?

Not worth the time trying to get a real person to talk to. I was trying to reach my adoption subsidy worker, who will not answer or return my calls after leaving multiple messages. Nina Daly! Answer or call me back!

Can never talk to anyone always waiting 1+ hours to even speak to someone or they disconnect your call.

They are better at getting people in and out without terrible wait times. Reaching someone by phone won’t even happen you have to go in person if you have questions.

How is it possible that as tax payers we can't get ahold of someone regarding our benefits. The help line is only available 7: 30-9: 30 am and 2pm-6pm but I called during those hours and your "automated" system simply told me to hang up and try again later because all eligibility specialist are busy. This is not ok nor is it a fair way to treat your tax payers. We at least deserve to get a call back or get placed on hold but simply hanging up after dealing with your non-competent automated telephone system for 30 minutes only to get told to call back during hours after previously calling during these specific hours. I hope someone who can do something about this does. Terrible way to treat your tax payers and residents in need.

This is ridiculous. I am trying to help my daughter who is WORKING but she only makes $1380 a month for herself and two kids! They took her EBT for food away after only 2 months and the case worker said "thats a lot of money" Seriously? $1380 per month for 3 people? It falls way below the guidelines, I have been on hold for over an hour now and no one will answer - they cant be that busy! If someone would just answer and tell us what we need to do!
