They do not value or train thier employees and since they can't manage people they are employing 2nd hand robot lifts. Very unorganized and management is severely out of touch.

Didn't pay my girlfriend for her last two days of work even though she called several times trying to get it they never call back with an answer it will be reported to the better business bureau because my kids are suffering because you decided to rip us off

They told me they would have a job for me so i came up here at 3am was living in arkansas. Slept in my truck wit my fiance till morning to be told they have nothing. Then i called them a couple days later told be to be there at 8: 30 am so i was bit someone walked in 5 mins before my appointment they said they gave the job to the other person. Been in my truck for 3 weeks till i went to a good job they said they would place me at but they dont even mess wit them anymore. The staff are un professional and rude. This for the springfield focus north kansas near lowes

got hired waited 4 days to actually start kept putting off the start date my husband and another guy got let go after working 2 hrs because they would not run a forklift they were not certified to run and if they would have done that it would have been automatic termination so they refused and got let go then they said they wasnt fast enough bad company would not recommend them to anyone

Going in was super quick friendly and upfront, Charity was super relax, and understanding, honest, and very upbeat attitude. Made finding work a rather enjoyable experience I would recommend going through Focus for work they also are willing to work with you to give you some things needed for certain jobs.

So far, our experience with them has been stellar. They found my hubby a great job making really good wages. I don’t know what all the negative neds below are on about. The staff has been incredibly professional with us so far. I will update if there become any changes, but I get the feeling this is a place that if the employee acts with integrity and class, the company will go out of their way to ensure the employees success.

Charity was and is still awesome. They got me hired on very fast and the process was very easy. They even offered to help me with supplies for my new job. Couldn't have picked a better place as they respond quickly. They even call to check in here and there and see how things are going or if I need anything. Awesome! I worked with a lady named Charity from this location, she was a phenomenal help with everything I needed and would definitely recommend her for anyone needing help. She handled everything with the utmost professional attitude and was able to answer any questions I had. I would rate them at more than 5 stars but that's all Google allows.

Focus has landed some good jobs. I personally enjoyed the hiring process and the staff was super awesome.
The jobs I got were awesome and had very friendly management.
As far as focus. I recommend them over any temp agency in the area. I got treated well on the hiring process and had my first job within a couple of days. Charity has kept on top of everything. And if she didn't have an answer she would get one for any issues. Never have I seen a temp service go above and beyond what was needed.
If it was possible I'd give them 10 stars.

This is the place to go if you are looking for work! Charity and her team are highly dedicated to help you start your next job. They are very responsive and very easy to work with. When I had to end an assignment for a injury I had gotten, they wasted no time finding my next assignment when I was ready for work. They really do their best to help however they can! I highly recommend you give them a visit if you need work. I will always be grateful for the help they have given me.
