Best storage experience I have never had, at a GREAT price. It’s so reasonable. THE BEST SPOT FOR STORAGE IF YOUR A COLLEGE STUDENT! They work well with customer needs and accommodations. Would DEFINITELY use again.

Amazing facility & staff! We've used this storage facility a few times now and the building is super clean (spotless), the codes always worked, ample parking / loading zones, carts available, etc.and the staff was great to work with! 100% recommend!

I love Fountain Lakes storage. First I was greeted by a very well groomed, very nice, well informed very efficient manager of the facility that went through all of the storage areas available and cost, gave me a tour and found a storage area closest to one of two loading areas. The facility is new, exceptionally clean, well ventilated and cool. Perfect for storing everything we need. The cost is reasonable, if not exceptional for such a terrific place. Entry is controlled by a unique code. The manager also sold us an terrific new type of lock which is tamper proof. I have used other storage facilities before and this one is ten times better than competitors. I will use them again.

Now for an update 5 months later. 5+ stars. First, what really impressed me and my wife was the security. The way they have set up the doors makes it nearly impossible for intruders. We always felt safe which was a really important feathure. Second, it is very well lit and very clean. You could eat off their floors. They have background music playing which is also very nice when you are in your storage area working. They make billing and payment very easy with regular notices of payment due and made. Finally, the same very nice manager of the facility did my exit clearance. Sorry I didn't get his name again. But this guy is a keeper!

Indoor storage is clean and easy to access, the property is well taken care of and there was always a selection of carts and hand trucks. Staff was always friendly and helpful, would definitely use again

Great staff, great facility. The entire rental experience from set up to move out was super easy. The office staff is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Really well maintained facility.

Love this place. They have always been so helpful and nice. They have always worked with me and make sure they are there to help with anything.

Came in this morning to rent a u haul. Male employee was on a very important phone call. Important enough, that he didn’t greet my husband and I and he did not have the decency to tell us to wait a moment while he finished this call. We sat there for a couple of minutes until we decided that we shouldn’t give our money to an employee and company who clearly don’t care. I’m Black and my husband is Dominican so maybe that’s why he could careless. We took our business elsewhere.

Tyler and Theo are so kind and helpful! This week I was in a crunch and Tyler was so quick to assist! Theo is also a dream on the phone:) Highly recommend!

This place is clean and climate controlled. Staffing was very easy to work with and friendly as well. If you need somewhere for your storage needs please go check them out.

I got a 15 foot Uhaul truck and car trailer attached from the hitch from this location for an out of state move.

The manager, Theo, was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and helped ease the stress/worry about a big move.

I rented a 5x5 for $62/month. It was a good price at the time I rented it in early spring. The service was amazing and the condition of the unit as well as the whole facility was clean and well kept. I Recommend it for this reason. However, My unit was inside near the entrance of the second building. When we had the torrential rains earlier this year (2023), some parts of the facility flooded but mine stayed dried. (Some of the bigger sizes received water). Unfortunately, I wont be back cause of moving out of the area but if you decide to rent here, make sure its a unit that stays dry. Blessings.

Climate controlled and super clean. Friendly staff to get you started. Can't beat the price. If you are looking for storage space, this is the place!
