Glenstone License Office, Springfield MO

Monday: 3/4/2024. I went to renew / registration for my vehicle tags for 2024, and had Over and Above customer service with Jarod. He was so patient and is very knowledgeable of the correct protocol in explaining and answering my questions. Very pleasant and beautiful spirited young man. Also, my wait time was within 10 minutes of arriving.

Trena did a great job. The credit card machine was down. She told me to come back to me when i got the cash. The bank was. 3 miles from the office which was great. I love this office and it’s efficiency.

Maranda waited on me today. She was very sweet and had a beautiful smile on her face the whole time I was there. Sweet beautiful lady.

Trina was very helpful with my visit and got me in and out very quick. She even complemented me on my Christmas pajamas lol she is super awesome and I will remain coming to the glenstone office. MERRY CHRISTMAS

I've been dreading this day for awhile.long lines and delays at the DMV but much to my surprise it was a fairly quick and painless experience.from the receptionist to the gentleman who took my photo, Jeff. Had to renew my driver's license. I did not have to wait very long at all. Lee was the clerk that helped me and he made the whole experience pleasant and quick.

I came into the Glen Stone license office to renew a trailers tags. I'd recently been hospitalized and misplaced my registration card. Still not up to par I came in for help and to get things corrected. Krista helped me sort all the details out and get the trailer it's new tags. She did everything possible to help us. Here's hoping when they call your ticket number that you'll be fortunate enough to get Krista.

We had some extensive title changes requiring extra time. Trena was great to work with! Kept a great smile with a wonderful sense that f humor!

I arrived to renew my drivers and car license.
I was greeted by a friendly staff member and then within 23 minutes I has both renewed.
Brandi with the drivers license portion was very helpful getting me through the process of the real ID.
