Kansas City Symphony (Performances)

Beautiful concert hall, really enjoyed the symphony. Loved hearing them play the score to my favorite film as it was being shown.

The performance was wonderful. The staff friendly and helpful. The venue was awesome. Some of the audience was rude. If it wasn't such a high class place, I would have told them to sit until the performance wS finished.

Handel's Messiah was excellent here! Balcony seating could use more leg room though. We paid for parking which was nice. Long wait for elevator for handicap visitors. Nice and helpful employees.

A shining star in Kansas City! The state of the art building makes you feel special from the minute you walk in. Volunteers welcome you at every step, from parking to your seat. The acoustics are incredible in both theaters. The variety of performances is outstanding and always the best of the best.

The Symphony is wonderful. The theater with contemporary architecture and perfect acoustics.

I recently found out, if you make a contribution to the KC Symphony you get invited to their rehearsal and get a behind the scenes look at what they do.
Additionally, we were invited for light hors d’oeuvres and cocktails at what use to be Webster House but now houses the symphony business offices. The rehearsal was nice and I want to go back to see the actual performance

Elf! In Concert was a true 3D experience of the movie, it is an exceptional event where you can watch a Christmas classic with all music performed by the KC symphony orchestra. It's a must-watch for Christmas.

Always a wonderful time at the Kauffman Center! Beautiful building, amazing acoustics, great venues!
