I have a 07 Road King Classic and I replaced the fuel filter and in the process I bent the float on the fuel gauge and caused it to ready inaccurate. I called and talked to Robert in service and he had me bring it in and they fixed it perfectly. Great job Outlaw service department.

Nice brotherhood there, unique accessories. Only thing I see that's changed is the prices. $65 for 4 qts oil & filter.

Don’t waste your money on buying the VIP warranty. It’s another 3000. This place will sell it but there shop never gets you in to have the stuff done. It’s supposed to get you in front of the line and get you out. This place has never been able to get my bike in for simple oil changes, exhaust tips, maintenance. They always say they are backed up 2 weeks out. GO TO GAILS, or rawhide. One star is too much for this place

First time Harley owner. (Bought used from a friend) was having some issues, went into the store. Talked to Robert in parts and Kelly in service, both were awesome in helping with my situation! They both genuinely cared about getting me back on the road! Outlaw has earned my business in the future for sure!

Recalled for brake fluid flush and they could not do the job. They wanted over 1500.00 dollars before they would even try to fix so I called manufacturer and they backed dealer. Ordered parts with them in March and still have not heard anything. A BIG SALFTY ISSUE.

Great experience all around. Small issue after my bike was home but they were on it and taken care of quickly.

This is where my Husband purchased his bike a few years ago (Jerry was amazing throughout the process & still is the first to greet us when we come in!) we love coming in just to see what's new. Always up for a ride!

Stop by to pick up a chip as I do when I come across other Harley Dealership when we travel. End up spending 70 bucks. As I always do when I stop. First time at this location. Cool shop, had a band jamming out side. Gotta stop by and check it out when you pass through

Always feel welcome, and like family here! They fed us, and entertained us with live music while we ate lunch! Had to splurge on a couple new Doo rags, too. Since my bandanna blew away!

Can't say enough about this dealership. They really take care of you. From sales and finding the RIGHT bike for you to an excellent service department as well as the parts team. I've bought two Harleys from Outlaw and have been very happy with both.

Cant recommend working with the sales guy named Karl. He’s the reason people hate salesmen. Tried to be polite but eventually just had to walk out.
