Ordered delivery to motel room. Very satisfied with the food and rhe cost compared to uber eats.

Horrible delivery experience. Ordered online through my app and the delivery driver threw my box and ruined it.

Too much sauce, left out the bacon on my meat lovers pizza. Not cooked, too doughy. Will not be back to this pizza hut.

Always Hot when delivered, quality is awesome and the pizza is delicious. Never had delivery problem and usually delivered before projected time. I love Pizza Hut and always have

I asked for extra sauce on the pizza and did not get it. This is the second time in a row.

My family and I have been coming to this pizza hut for years. We have tried other pizza huts in the area but none make the pizza like at our country club location. Pizza is always well cooked and wings as well. Really appreciate this store for always delivering delicious pizza!

My pizza was delivered to the wrong address. The manager made the situation right, by offering to re-deliver the pizza and give me a refund. The pizza was delivered correctly the second time, as I stood outside to wait for it. Giovanni handled the situation correctly and was very polite and helpful, however, I still do not have a refund.

Got garlic parmesean wings and they’ve been good until the last 2 times I ordered some.now there’s no sauce on them! I could have made chicken tenders and cut them up at home since it’s basically what I ordered from here.

Worst pizza hut I have ever been to. I ordered a medium pizza, and was told it only comes in a large. When we picked it up I see why. This pizza was clearly sitting out all day or even for the past few days before they gave it to us. $30 for 2 very old pizzas. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. It had to be thrown out because it was too gross to eat. Do not go to this location!

The pizza I ordered was delivered about 30 minutes after the estimated arrival time. Needless to say, the pizza was cold when it arrived. There also were not very many toppings on it for a $30 pie.

Pizza was all smashed into one side of the box. Definitely a delivery issue. The pizza looked terrible but tasted great.

Super fast service. I was greeted by name by a friendly associate. This location always gets it right. The food was right on time and delicious.

Ordered the edge pizza for more ingredients to the edge but there was very little anywhere!

Store was out of pepperoni and offered an upgraded alternative at no extra cost. Staff was very personable.

Due to some of the bad reviews I was scared to order from this location 2.5 years ago when I first started coming here. Before that I hadn’t eaten Pizza Hut in over 5 years (the one I used to eat at in North Carolina always made me sick). When I moved to Missouri I decided to give this location a try. It has been the best decision! This place has wonderful service every time I order. And yes they have messed up my order twice, but they have gone above and beyond to fix it each time. And every time, they do it with kindness, no rude remarks or customer shaming! I appreciate that! Good customer service is hard to find! And twice isn’t bad compared to how many times other places mess up my order. And in there defense I usually have a super special particular order due to food allergies my family has. And the icing on the cake is the delivery guy! His name is Gary and he is AWESOME! I wish he worked at all of my favorite restaurants! He always makes sure that everything in my order is right and if it’s not right, he goes above and beyond to make it right! He also makes sure to bring everything you ask for rather it’s plates, condiments, extra sauce, you name it! And he even makes sure that the sodas he delivers are COLD! I love that! Other places will give you a warm 2 liter and not care. Not Gary! He is the best!
