Renew Therapeutic Massage is exactly what I was looking for! There are not many places to go in Greater Milwaukee for legitimate deep tissue massage therapy, but Lauren at Renew is amazing! She has a thorough understanding of anatomy and how all the soft tissues relate to each other and knows how to relieve your pain and get you on the road to recovery:)

I finally received the massage that I’ve always wanted! I was experiencing tightness and knots in my back/shoulders. Bill listened to my concerns and went to work with the perfect amount of pressure, skill, and knowledge to relieve the pain. The environment was peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend this business to my friends and family.

This was the best, most transformative massage I've ever had. I scheduled with Lauren to relieve some pain in the midst of stress and moving. This was my first experience with a therapeutic masseuse, and I was blown away by Lauren's knowledge and skill. She helped me understand so much more about where I held tension, how my scoliosis affects other parts of my body, and healthy strategies to incorporate into my day-to-day. If I were still in the area, I would definitely be a "regular"! Lauren shared some really helpful guidance on looking for a therapeutic masseuse in my new city. Not only did I come away from this massage feeling more relaxed and comfortable - I was buzzing with how great it felt to better understand my body and use that knowledge to take care of it. 10/10!

Lauren is fabulous. I did not want a cookie cutter massage chosen from a menu of services, so I tired Renew. Lauren listened to my issue and tailored a targeted massage to be most beneficial to my healing. She is very knowledgeable, the environment is comfortable and professional, and her massage has been more helpful than PT.

Lauren is attentive to what my body needs through verbal consultation before the massage. During the session, she hones directly into the areas that need the most release with the perfect pressure. I've had massages with some regularity my whole adult life and never had a massage therapist as acutely in-tune and effective at pain relief and relaxation. She is clearly very skilled. I feel safe, comfortable and confident that she will mindfully and thoughtfully address what my body needs. So grateful she's an essential part of my self-care!

I saw bill for a 90m massage to help alleviate some gnarly back pain. It’s not easy to find a talented massage therapist, but Bill definitely knows what he’s doing. Afterwards, my back felt better than it had in a very long time. He also followed up w some stretches to do in areas that were particularly tight. Will definitely be back again!

Truly one of the best decisions I've made is to come here! I see Lauren and she has so much knowledge in what she does & truly cares about making you meet your end goal. Just paid for the first massage in my life. The tightness in my neck and shoulders was at the point where it was burning constantly and I finally talked myself into going for it. I was a little anxious on the drive over, with having never had a professional massage before and not knowing what to expect. Bill made me feel welcome and right at home from the moment I was greeted. The room was very clean, calm, and relaxing. And I did not regret spending the money! He spent the perfect amount of time on all my problem areas and I felt like I was much lighter after I got up at the end. The 90 minutes made me feel 5+ years younger and my range of motion in my neck and shoulders feels improved. Aside from maintaining a high level of pressure throughout the whole hour and a half, he also including some relaxation massage that could have put me to sleep. I am looking forward to returning!
