When I took my permit test the guy who signed me in was nice, but the other lady checking people in seemed rude. I have also heard they scream at you if you make a mistake on your drivers test

The examiner was so nice made me very comfortable taking my test best place to go take your driver test highly recommend

Typical state/local gov.facility with too many employees in 1st gear. I'd be fired if I worked that slow.

Could not have had a better experience here. Officer Moore was so helpful, patient, and kind. So much so that I felt comfortable during the uneasiness of a drivers test. The wait was a bit long but that's not the facilities fault.

So far two of my sons have taken their permit and driving test here. Quick, never a long wait, vary friendly.

I took my road test yesterday for the first time since the 1980's. This location and officer's Johnson and Childs were absolutely kind, considerate, patient and encouraging. I was exhilarated by the entire experience and thrilled with their professionalism. Thank you!

Do not go here. Failed two times. First one was my fault I admit but the Instructor was very polite. But the other staff were so unprofessional. My second time the instructor was so rude. The place just seems toxic. Very few nice people here.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star. I’ve been trying to call them since last week, but no one answers the phone. They never returned my phone call after I left so many voice messages. I’ve been calling at different times to make sure they are open. Unprofessional.

I had a very professional and nice experience. My instructor was also nice. I would highly recommend this place if you need to take the driving exam for your license. I took my cousin here to get her's also and she was very happy too.

Great service. Get permits, license. CDL. Right off the highway, maps takes you to wrong place. First building on right off of Koch. Rd.

This place is great for drivers testing. Everyone was very nice and the instructer was very kind and understanding.

Just flat out rude. I came here to take my drivers test and the instructor would yell ay me for every little mistake. I would NOT recommend coming here to take your test

Very kind and attentive staff. Wait was a little long (as expected in the middle of the day), but nothing major. They’re a little tough on grading, but passed on the first try!

Each state trooper seemed like a neighbor. My adult daughter has extreme test anxiety. So she and I were quite nervous about the entire experience. I am so happy and suprised to report that Katie and the entire staff of examiners that day were happy to see us, actually encouraged and comforted the both of us. It was AMAZING! Wherever yu are in Missouri, travel here to get your liscense. You will be overjoyed that you did.
