Just FANTASTIC. Clean, modern building with available parking in a nice location. Staff is welcoming and puts you at ease, starting with the security guard at the front door. They keep it light and friendly and the interview was not even intimidating. He was kind and fun, and after months of fretting and sweating the process, I actually ENJOYED my time in there. How refreshing to have government employees who keep it real and treat you as though they care! Wonderful experience and I can't say thank you enough.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. I got things taken care of as soon as I arrived. Very efficient.

Very professional and welcoming staff. I felt so comfortable there instead of nervous. The interviewer was very nice and polite, he asked me questions from the i485 form which I answered, he asked if I have any questions, he then said I will get a response from them on his decision. Within 4 days I got my card in the mail. I would advise anyone going in for an interview to just be honest and you will be alright because it is not as hard as people make it seem.

This office is has the most hardworking and most polite people, the security is very gracious too. My advice for people coming in to remove the restrictions on their greencard is to dress in business attire, and bring everything on the list. Treat this interview like the interview of a lifetime! Be honest of your answers, do not forget to smile and Goodluck!

The location itself and staff was great in every single way. On the other side The web site or calling # they have posted are absolutely useless. There are always glitches on the web site that doesn’t let u look or do what u need. And when u call the # on the website to get direct help from customer service agents u can actually spend hrs on the phone without any luck of getting someone on the phone bc the ridiculous amounts of options/menu they have listed that are not helpful at all.

They helped made my case more clear and detailed. They are not as bad as how people paint them to be. Simple tell the truth and submit evidences to match your story. No supporting evidences + bad criminal record and no truth; only makes it bad for your case. Very professional unbiased people. The Porters

Muy mal servicio. Conspiracy. They manipulate unemployment rate and don't issue EAD to immigrants - they call it democratic? It is not democratic. They are not as democratic as they say they are. Illegal delays for vulnerable immigrants.
