Terrible. I have attempted to contact them a minimum of FIVE times over the past three weeks and have YET to speak with a real person or have my call or email returned. They know how to find me to send a bill, however. I actually wonder if it's a real company.

I called the company and they were at my house the next day! Texted me before coming. Very impressed
