Update: Management did a great job in resolving an issue. I was reached out to right away and they went over and above to make it right. Very kind and understanding. Would recommend this friendly and kind bunch for all RV needs!

I had a great experience overall for my first camper purchase. The sales, finance and service processes were very easy but thorough. Ivan was a great salesman to work with and the finance team got me a great deal.

Had an amazing experience with Bichs rv in great falls. I had the pleasure to work with Ashleigh on finding a camper, along with must have “extras”. They are 100% about the customers satisfaction and extremely friendly. Will do business with Ashleigh and her staff over and over again!

Experience was great. Kevin Speth from parts service was very helpful. We took a catalog home & we will order the parts destroyed in the fire. We can upload pictures. He gave us an invoice to put our parts numbers on for easy ordering.

They're a great team they work together they are cheap and affordable I recommend buying an RV from there great atmosphere great people

Your service department in Great falls Montana has been awesome. I am a single woman traveling and haven't had any complaints at all about the service that I've had done there. I've gone there the last 2 years and have been completely satisfied. I try to make an appointment a couple months in advance when I know I'm headed in that direction and have a list of items that need to be fixed. I'm always satisfied with the work that they do in that particular dealership.

First of all.if you're ever looking for an RV, Ashleigh Peters at Bish's in Great Falls is your go to person. She has worked with us diligently before, during and after the sales/purchase process. No BS, no pushing, knowledgeable, and cares about her customer.
Service has been good as well. Because we live in our rig, and my wife having health issues requiring us to leave the area in a relatively short time.service (Lane in particular) has gone above and beyond taking care of issues before we hit the road.

I must say, IF we were to ever be looking for a new rig.hopefully these two fine young folks will be there for us to work with again!

Had a good experience buying a camper through these guys. Ashley did a great job helping find the right one. They also have good snacks. I will be back when it is time for another R. V.

Ashleigh Peters was a fantastic sales rep. She is knowledgeable, courteous, and never pushy. She took a lot of time with us to show us trailers and listened to what we wanted. I will be back for any additional needs and refer all my RV friends.

Went up this weekend to get some things explained to me on how certain things worked on a used travel trailer we had purchased. I had an older one and things didn't operate the same on this newer one and the instruction booklets in the trailer were very vague. Although the service department was closed, Mike came out to my trailer and explained how things worked and pointed out a few other safety items I should be aware of. This is customer service. The competition could've cared less when I stopped in their shop. Told me to make a service appointment.

Good people to work with. We felt welcomed and valued and felt it the moment we walked through the door. Had service work done on our camper and Mike was very friendly and helpful all the way through. When it's time for a new RV you can bet this will be the place it will come from. Thanks guys!

Not happy with the financial service. Never get our phone calls returned.my husband had to basically do all the work to get our warranty money back from our old camper. He went over their heads and called the warranty company. He talked to admin.and told her it was sent to Gardners by mistake so she wanted the number from my husband. Also we were told it would be around1400.00 and it was only 600.00 and some.maybe that is accurate but I would have liked a break down.

Top flight! Bob Anderson is super knowledgeable on the products, very friendly and personable. He’s one of a kind and will have repeat costumers for many many of year. I would recommend Mr Anderson to anyone!

You have had my motor home for a month now. I am not happy with the service at this point. I have called weekly I have been down to the dealership. I still have no idea what is going on with the motorhome. If you have run it through the shop as I was told two weeks in a row it would be in the shop and someone would notify me of the plan to repair the issues found. I did receive the estimate for the body repair and have forwarded that on to the insurance provider. I am not usually hard to get along with but communication is important to me and so far you and your service department have failed.apparently you do not want to cosign the motorhome as you indicated.

Bob Anderson helped me in every way possible to find the perfect camper for me. Excellent customer service and awesome knowledge about all products. I highly recommend going to Bob A for any type of camper buying experience.

Bob A. Is the nicest guy ever! After multiple bad experiences with sales men who didn't listen, Bob at Bish's is a breath of fresh air! I'm a busy mom/nurse, he helped through emails and was at the front door when I walked in for our meeting. He showed me a few trailers and I found the perfect one. I was in and out in under an hour. He explained how everything works from start to finish. These guys really take care of their customer's. They have a loyal customer for life! Stop for there grand opening tomorrow 5/15/21
