I have a friend who lives at Brooklyn West Apartments and I have been thoroughly impressed with their prompt and efficient service. Whenever she has needed something fixed or done, the staff has always been quick to respond and get the job done. Not only that, but they are also fun to talk to and have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the building. I highly recommend Brooklyn West Apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained living space.

I am so impressed with BrooklynWest! The service from the office team is extraordinary. The complex is clean and the building I live in is well maintained. I definitely have gotten what I pay for! This complex is beyond my expectations. And the view is “Wow”!

Really enjoying my new apartment. The office staff here are wonderful, the views are nice, the apartment has an open and comfortable layout with high ceilings and ample storage. Nice stainless steel appliances that all work great. Love the walk-in closet, in-suite laundry, and shelving provided. It's a safe area and a good community. Walkable green spaces for running my dog and playing fetch. My dog has adjusted well to apartment living here and we are both very comfortable. Would recommend Brooklyn West to anyone looking for a nicer, newer but still reasonable apartment.

This was my first time living in an apartment complex and I love it! It’s quiet, great amenities and location. I hardly even hear my neighbors. Not to mention the onsite management team and maintenance are so wonderful! It’s easy living.

It’s a great place to live, quiet for the most part and the area is pretty safe. The apartment community is very secure in the buildings with elevators. There are always plenty of things to do.

It was an alright place to live. I lived here for a year, but when they didn’t want to renew my lease with the market’s lower rent rates, I found another apartment for way less. Parking was such a nightmare unless you paid for a carport and I could hear everything through the walls (especially water, every time my neighbor took a shower or flushed the toilet, I could vividly hear it). The front desk was hard to reach, especially over email. It just seemed like they are way too busy trying to run all the property so stuff tended to fall through the cracks. I can see they dropped their prices as of now, so I don’t think it’s a bad option if anyone needs a clean and decent place to live. Just make sure to look over the itemized receipt upon move out, found a few questionable charges, but they were receptive to my questioning and refunded accordingly. They had some strict rules in regards to smoking, but I know there was someone in my building smoking constantly inside. So it was just annoying that they kept sending out emails to remind everyone about the policy, but never did anything to fix it.

The staff at Brooklyn West are extremely helpful. They are prompt in answering phone calls and emails. They are courteous and respectful of residents. The apartments are very spacious and affordable. It is nice to come home to a such a warm, welcoming environment. I am exceedingly grateful for all that they do.

My wife and I have rented from this complex for several years now and it was amazing at first, then got bad, then is now looking up a bit.

For me the emails are a little annoying about the points but some people like them. They are updating the apartments with new flooring, appliances and some smart home features.

The most amazing thing is that for the ground floor units they are adding some fencing for some privacy and the ability to be out with your dog in your area off leash a little bit.

The people at the office are very nice and helpful!

RENTERS BEWARE! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ENGAGE IN FRAUDULENT PRACTICES AND WILL WRONGFULLY WITHHOLD YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. As an attorney, I am appalled and disgusted after going through the move-out procedures with this company. Staff is severely incompetent & has a blatant disregard for following the proper procedures under Montana law. Do not waste your money here.

I moved in about 4 months ago and was skeptical based on the reviews. This is my first time living in an apartment complex. I am pleasantly surprised. I am on the ground level and hardly ever hear my neighbors. It’s very peaceful. The new management has been fantastic as well as the maintenance team. Any issues have been resolved quickly. I love the pet friendliness and getting to meet everyone’s pets! Great community and I’m happy to live here!
