They did an excellent job, and my car was a disaster! The seats were clean, dog hair gone (and there was a LOT), the car looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

I have used Bumper to Bumper in the past and have always been happy with the work. I recently brought in my Mercedes Benz for a detail and once again they did an amazing job! The price was low in my opinion compared with the quality of work they provided. I have been charged higher elsewhere in the Valley and the quality of the job was no where near the same. I highly recommend Bumper to Bumper!

There’s a lot of detailers in the valley and so I was hesitant on who to go to, Brian had cleaned my seats and did a bang up job so I thought I’d give him a try for a full detail. I was impressed when I picked up my truck! They went above and beyond and my truck looks brand new again! The price was great too! I highly recommend Brian and his crew.two thumbs way up!

Lots of missed details Console had crumbs and sticky stuff still on it, didnt shampoo headliner, didnt dust the creases between the interior trim panels, carpets didn't get scrubbed when shampooing. Basically vacuumed and rubbed down the easy parts with armor all for 200 bucks. Not impressed

Thank you Jeff and crew for squeezing in my husbands classic car at the last min. Hubby was violent ill but he was going to put his car in that show if it killed him. Car was done at promised time I have had more than 10 details at your shop and I have never at any time had a complaint. PS the grandson is a good kid. We liked him.

My husband left a review but now it’s not showing up. Bought a used 2006 Subaru for our daughter. We used this place off of high regards and a referral but this is the worst “detailing” I have ever seen. We tried calling and even left a message no one has returned our call to make it right. I never even got to meet with an actual person only talked over the phone. We think the carpet was shampooed and the dash was wiped down maybe even the cup holders (but not under the cup holder which is removable and gross) ? I finished detailing the car for 3 hrs after i got it back. Didn’t clean trash between a seat, no grime was cleaned between normal crevices that should be detailed, still found dog hair, had to clean something that was sprayed across the entire ceiling, not sure the seats were cleaned (there was a red spot on the back seat that I had to scrub) had to wipe out the center console and I assumed the car would be washed which it wasn’t. I should have asked about that. Paid $175 for shampoo and Armor all. Extremely disappointed.

Paid for an inside- out, upside- down DETAIL. Decent job inside, outside not that good, forgot to finish buffing and just not very much attention to detail imo. I get it, cars backed up out there and that's great to see. I just don't think it will be mine again in the future.

These guys do a great job. They do quite a few a year for my and always do better than expected.
