7Immensely disappointed. I read all the reviews and thought the negative ones were just the exception. They advertised a property for one price, when I was clearly interested they jacked up the monthly rent by $200. A "mistake" that occurs time and time again throughout other reviews. After their advertising mistake they offered me $200 off the first month as an apology, as if that makes up for a $2400 advertising "error" (200/month x 12 months= $2400). Fairly certain they intentionally advertise low and shoot up the price to bait and switch with how often this error occurs. Either that or they're just a bad company who does business in bad faith.
Have been tenants for 8 months now. Jill and team are awesome, we highly recommend CoRental Management if you're looking for rental property. Happy New Years to all at CoRental!
CoRental has really revamped & improved in recent years! We've been renting with them for almost 8 of those years and have had a really positive experience. Their staff is phenomenal! In addition to being friendly, professional and personable, we really feel like our concerns are taken seriously & that they truly care. We've worked with Tana, Blue, and Scott so far and they've all been stellar. Things that need repaired are addressed and fixed as soon as soon as they can. We are so thankful for them and cannot recommend enough!
This company didn’t do anything. Then when I moved out they charged me four extra days because I didn’t call them to schedule an inspection. Pretty sure they could inspect it after I left. Also, they require you to have the carpets professionally cleaned before you leave or they charge you another $160.
Highly recommend. As a travel nurse renting a place without seeing it first can be a iffy but this place was fantastic. Staff very nice. Quiet place upstairs
Scott Strobel was beyond helpful. He helped us find the perfect home and was extremely flexible when our plans changed. We are beyond grateful for his amazing customer service!
