Jason and his team rebuilt the front end on my truck. Excellent job! My truck is a Dodge 3500. This truck is known for what they call "Death Wobble". Very hard to fix. Mine now drives perfect!

BEWARE. I advise everyone to stay FAR away from this car dealership/auto repair shop. They do NOT care about the safety of you or your family. They will sell you a vehicle that they knew was unsafe, just to make a dollar! The greed is astounding.

The words I got from Jason (The truck drives straight, I don't know what to tell you) Fact is, once it's on uneven road, the tires choose their own direction of travel based on weight transfer and angle of the road. If the contours of the road are shifting back and forth, the trucks steering is uncontrollable. I will not put my kids in this truck. 25 thousand dollars and the truck is unsafe to drive in its current condition.

+5,000$ in repairs to the steering components within the first week of ownership. Just to make this truck safe to operate on ALL road conditions.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am a buyer at the auto auction for 26 years and am quite familiar with autos not being a mechanic. My brakes would engage automatically stoping my 2004 Chevy Colorado. After taking it to three Mechanics one a dealer $76.00 dollars, another $250 dollars a third could be a number of things. A friend Ben Parrish owner Billing Sign told me about Height Auto Service takes all his vehicles there. Talk to a mechanic there Jim, told him brakes lock up after about 8 miles when they cool they unlock. He drove it brakes locked up said he went to the most likely problem out of a number of causes, unhooked a brake line problem solved Master cylinder. It came out to parts and labor $550.00 dollars Replaced Master Cylinder, bleed lines replaced brake shoes which were worn down. Have friends in the auto parts checked on prices parts should have came out to more. Jim not only knew where the problem was took the time to explain it. Jim really knows his what he's doing. My auto door locks and remote stopped working, said this the problem gave me a reasonable price im going back. On the door locks and remote inquired other mechanics said it could be a number of things have to check it out. Jim will tell you most probable cause give you a price. Found myself a mechanic.

My daughter needed a new alternator for her vehicle, I called the shop and I was given a price (well below another place called) and had an appointment that day!
Her vehicle was ready to go the next morning!
The staff was very friendly and service was fast!
I highly recommend and send ppl to them all the time!

I have been using heights Automotive for many years now I take all my autos there. My son needed to borrow my motorhome we couldn't get it going and he had to be at a job out of state. They got it in right away and got it done so he could get to his new job. Very impressed Thanks
