Very knowledgeable. They looked at my posture, asked me a few questions about my job and if I had any pain issues. They found me some shoes that helped even out my ankles and knees, and I’m not dealing with back pain anymore. I wore hem every day until they were worn out, then went back and bought another exact same pair.

First time customer there. The Lady that helped me was nice and very knowledgeable on what I needed for a shoe. And she found me the perfect shoes to wear. And now I got happy feet. Would recommend this place to get some good quality shoes

Asked my Facebook friends where to find running shoes and this business was the only one anybody recommended by name, and there were MANY of said recommend. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was good easy to see his passion for helping people pursue wellness. Give these people your money!

Didn't get acknowledged when we first went in the store. Think the guy was trying to be funny, but he called my kid "fuddy duddy" and "plain" after speaking to us for all of five mins. I had to have a conversation with my son about not letting other people's opinions define him. It was THE most awkward shopping experience.

Disappointed. One person working with customers. Never acknowledged us. Store was crowded with merchandise and I even had to say excuse me to get past the employee as we looked around in the shoe section. We sat down and waited. Another couple came in. They asked the employee a question and he started working with them. Still didn't acknowledge us. We left. We had made a special trip to go there.
We tried it a couple weeks later and a woman, the owner? , was there. Great service. Very knowledgeable. There were a couple customers but she handled it. Everyone was happy. I would give this trip a 5. I edited my review to recognise the change though concerned about inconsistency.

As a runner, I'm so thankful that Billings is home to Time Out Sports, a true full-service store for runners. TOS offers expertise and personal service that the big box stores just can't provide. They always take time to understand my needs and match me to the shoes that will work best for my running plans.

Does it cost a little more to buy at TOS? Yes, like maybe $8 per pair. So what. I walk out knowing that I'm in shoes that will serve me best in terms of performance and injury-free running. Thank you Cindy and Matt for being there for the Billings running community!

Great place to get shoes that fit you correctly. Cindy and Matt take the extra time to make sure you get the sneaker, or trail boot that works for each individual. It's the only place I shop for shoes.

The gentalman that waited on me and fitted me for shoes knows what he is doing. I bought two pairs of shoes the day. So far both help my achy feet.

They are great! They helped me with orthotics and shoes for my plantar fascitis. I haven't felt this great in a long time. The price was awesome too!

We went in on a recommendation from a friend and were blown away at the knowledgeable staff! They were able to hone us in on the right pair of shoes for our teenage runner. We would be willing to drive the four hour round trip just to buy shoes from this store again!
