KENNEL COUGH! This practice is so out of touch…. So many red flags, I’m sorry I introduced my dogs to them. My dogs have come home 2 times with illness after being boarded. They don’t even return your phone calls … profit center and genuine lack of care. The only reason I gave them 1 star, as they did help with a cancer diagnosis for my older boy, Teddy. $$$$$$$

First time ever coming here amazing service and quality of care I’ve never experienced in a veterinary clinic, staff, professionalism and detail. Plus so quick and easy. Thank you for seeing my boy today. Apollo Creed

Go here, because they treat everyone and every pet like their own family. They answer all my questions and concerns with respect, honesty and dignity. For the service provided by all of parks staff it's an excellent value. Thank you to all the parks staff.

This was not our normal pet care provider, however the did a great job with our elderly cat that passed away a week ago. We got the private cremation with a wonderful paw print, and box. We really appreciate them helping our family take care of our family cat.

I had never left Maggie for any length of time and worried about how she would do - Parks Veterinary took such great care of Maggie and made me feel very comfortable and safe leaving her there. I even called to check on her while we were gone and they were absolutely great. Best Vet in town for sure. Thanks for taking care of Maggie while we were gone. You guys are awesome!

Oogy was attacked by another dog and they went above and beyond to get him back to health. Dr Bittner, Krista, and the whole crew were phenomenal.

I really just want to take a minute and write a thoughtful review here.
My dad's cat was very sick. She was 14. She has never had any vet care since I rescued her as a child. She's always been an indoor cat. She had lived a long, full life and was the best thing ever to happen to us as a family.

A few days ago, she stopped eating and drinking. She stopped using the restroom. She was lethargic and throwing up blood and I really think it was just time. We normally vet our dogs in kearney, but since she had never been, I called parks since we live in Grand Island. They were so kind. We decided to put our beloved cat down so she no longer had to suffer. The vet was super compassionate. They will be cremating her for us. It just really meant a lot to my dad and I for them to not even know who we were, but to treat us and this situation delicately.

I will never forget the kindness they showed us at such a sensitive time. Thank you to this whole place and the staff that work there.

As always, they provided excellent care for our pets. Worried about our senior kitty's behavior changes, eating habit changes, and then a mass on her face that appeared overnight, they asked us to bring her in immediately for a drop off appointment to check her out. Two weeks before our already scheduled appointment. Worried about the mass themselves, they offered a cheap option of hoping it was an abscess and treating it as such, or taking a sample for the lab. Of course, we chose the second. Thankfully, it was only an abscess and we need no longer panic for our girl. They gave her phenomenal care and we brought her home same day. The bill was significantly lower than the estimate given based on the care they expected to have to provide. Now our kitty is feeling herself again and healing up nicely.

I believe we had Dr. Mark Hughes help us. Our dog Milo was so stubborn and Dr. Hughes did so well with and was caring. He was quick to answer questions and we will be going back from here on out! I will say, it’s not the cheapest but the best care by far!

I am so thankful for parks veterinary. I took my 1 and 1/2 year old miniature longhaired dachshund there because he had tested positive for parvovirus at south locust veterinary clinic and they were no help at all, the vet told me to try and care for my baby at home…. The next day I realized that was not going to work, he was not doing any better at all… I called parks and they had a spot for him asap. I am soooooo very happy I took him in otherwise I feel like he would have honestly died if I followed the instructions from the other vet. I think parks 100000% saved my baby’s life. They were so sweet and gentle with him and called with updates twice a day and answered any question I had, and I had MANY! I am new to grand island and I will be taking my dog here from here on. ️️

We have used Park's boarding services for almost a year now, and have always been very impressed with their care. Our 6 year old pup recently had to have an overnight stay with Park's, and their staff took excellent care of him as well as giving me daily updates. He's back home, and feeling better than ever.

This place has always provided great service for my exotic pets. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and set my mind at ease.

I am a new parrot owner in North Platte, NE and this was the closest avian vet I could find. It's a 2 1/4 hour drive but I was very happy and impressed with the patience, professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and understanding that I experienced there.

The want you to use the app… so I use the app to make appointments.specifically pick a non drop off appointment get call saying all they do is drop off appointments…. They were the best vent in town but lately all they seem to be is quick in and out not really covering all the bases anymore
