This has to the WORST car lot ever, I brought a car from them cash about 5 months ago, it has already broke down the transmission went bad. I never receve the title. I wouldnt recommed this lot to no one. I will never buy a car there again.

I hate being a person who writes bad reviews, yet I feel it is my duty to really warn people about this company.
I bought a car in August of 2021 on the California Auto lot. It is November and I have no plates. Why? Neil (owner of California Auto aka The Tin Man LLC) refuses to inform the DMV of the sale. When a dealer sells a vehicle they are required to inform the DMV of the sale. When asked over and over why Neil will not do the simple thing and inform the DMV, he states, "The car was sold by a previous employee. " None of this has anything to do with me. I actually do not know what this even means. I went to a car lot, I paid cash for a vehicle, have all the needed paperwork and receipts. I did what I was supposed to do.
The DMV is doing a full investigation, yet I have to wait until the estimated 8 weeks that it takes. I tried reasoning with the employees, the owner and now we are forced to look into litigation. So guess who doesn't have a car?
No one should ever ever blame their past or current employees. That alone shows what kind of person runs this company, not to mention how unprofessional of a businessman. One thing he got right is his company name "The Tin Man", because there is no heart, completely hollow on the inside.

Purchased a car here very end of last December. Starting from practically day 1 there were issues with the vehicle.including the vehicle failing to pass smog! A 2015 vehicle with just under 85000 miles! Less than a year later the engine is dead! AFTER many repairs.including a new water pump. Don't be fooled by talk of the Warranty. Means nothing when problems are ongoing and lead to your car not running and needing a new engine. WHILE YOU STILL HAVE PAYMENTS and a loan balance! Ivan pretends to be helpful.up until they get the funding from your loan company.says going to do things and doesn't follow through. Once funded.you're on your own! BEWARE!

Worse customer service. Called for a car but when I got there, turned out that it had been sold days ago. The guy didn’t even stood up his chair to show us other options. Cars were in pretty bad shape and not even that cheap.
