My move in has been smooth from start to finish with getting details in line for my move in date. Chloe was very pleasent to connect with along with the other gentlemen. They both were very helpful and always quick to respond back. The whole move in experience has been superb!

Just a note to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptionally gracious hospitality and professionalism during your engaging property presentation last Wednesday afternoon with Chloe. The fundamental knowledge base you carry regarding the essence of your community as a product enabled each and every one my questions to be answered succinctly, accurately and without hesitation by means of a most impressive system of professional interpersonal dynamics all accentuated by your most pleasant and eloquent manner of speaking. As you lend an extraordinarily pleasant and welcoming presence to a highly developed level of organizational skills with a quietly motivational energy, to an otherwise clearly corporate cultural structure, your presence within the management system lends a bit of reassurance to one's decision-making process when looking for a home. Once I given fair consideration to the cross-freeway work hour traffic between here and there, the local community offerings and all the contributing factors requiring practical quantification, I'll reach out and share my thoughts.

Such a great move in process. We had moved in December 2022 and there were a few hiccups due to construction, but Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing in accommodating our needs and getting us into another unit as seamlessly as possible. Even with a new build, there were some issues with our unit, but maintenance was super prompt with handling everything. Overall super happy with all of the amenities and the complex.

Amazing staff who addresses concerns in a timely and professional manner. The complex uses an app that allows you to message the front office, it is super convenient! The move in process was simple and refined with everything done electronically. The property is always clean and I see the maintenance crew taking care of the grounds on a regular basis. You can tell that they took parking into consideration as there is an ample amount. Modern amenities give this property a luxurious feel in an area that’s still being developed. The location is amazing with easy access to everything and every place you would need. Special shout out to Christopher, Chloe, and Kaitlyn!

Elysian at Sunset is a beautiful property with modern design in a great area. We have just moved in here a week ago and are really happy with the choice we’ve made. The apartment is very spacious, got a nice balcony, big windows and nice appliances.

Great experience moving in. I had a lot of changes and the Chris handled everything patiently & flawlessly. My unit is beautiful, more than I hoped for. I look forward to seeing the finished pool area, summer is gonna be a blast! ️
