Holiday Inn Express & Suites Henderson South - Boulder City, an IHG Hotel

I realize that this is a somewhat new hotel but we had a couple of issues. I booked a suite and it wasn't really a suite. It was laid out like a regular hotel room with an added fold out couch. My itinerary stated I was arriving with 5 guests and the fold out had no sheets, blankets or pillows. I asked if some could be brought up to us and the front desk attendant stated that we would have to go get them ourselves. There was also a panel that was falling apart between the beds. I reported it immediately so I wouldn't get blamed and charged for damage. The front desk attendant said that maintenance would be there at 10 in the morning to fix it and they never arrived. We waited for nothing waiting our time whilst on a vacation.

We actually got caught in storm olive while making a cross country road trip and ended up here for three nights. 10/10 recommend! Very clean, full size shampoo and conditioner in the showers and fantastic staff!

Friendly people, very clean and well-maintained Hotel. It was a pleasure staying here. A new, quiet Hotel that is a real IHG Holiday In Express location! Will go back in a heartbeat.

Even though it is a bit hidden, we had a great stay here. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Closeness to casino and truck stop was a plus for us.

Wow, a 2.5 Star Hotel thats a 4 star hotel clean fresh, new everything, awesome mattress huge spacious room, awesome bathroom w shower, hot hot water, I travel alot for work, a hidden gem in quiet Boulder City, only 10 min from Vegas. I extended my stay twice.

Hotel is new, but probably should have delayed opening until they were more ready. Breakfast was lacking many items that are normally at HI breakfasts. Girl that checked us in was great, but guy at checkout was not good. Television would not stay connected to the programs.

Brand new hotel. Very comfortable. Breakfast lady was great. We stayed because the tesla chargers were across the parking lot.

This spot is brand new so obviously everything is in brand new condition. Water pressure in showers was better than any hotel I've ever stayed at.
I've eaten a lot of Holiday Inn breakfast over the years and this was by far the best. Same stuff as you usually get but everything cooked to perfection, not like most of the time where you can tell someone threw in an oven or whatever and did not pay any attention to it.
Definitely not a place you would want to stay for the Vegas experience but there is a casino next door. We were attending a football game at Allegiant Stadium and had a car so it was a nice quiet spot with a short trip to the action.

Good parking for trailers but it's a bit of a walk.
Rooms are very new and very roomy. Huge windows with a blind that ACTUALLY CLOSES ALL THE WAY!

The hotel is located immediately next to a casino but was so well insulated as heard zero noise from traffic or people.

Great location between Hoover Dam and Las Vegas.

This hotel is brand new, my wife and I were the 1st people to stay in the room we were in on their 2nd night being open. The girl working the late night was the friendliest person I ever met, even at 1am she had a genuine smile, as if she was so happy to see us, felt like family! The room smelled so clean and so fresh, bed was so comfortable, breakfast was delicious and FREE! The man who checked us out was informative and attemtive even with a lobby full of people. We will definitely be back to this Holiday Inn! Its also right behind a casino that is open 24/7. Thank you for the wonderful stay Sarah and Jeremy! You two are top notch!
