The restaurant was great and we had the best server! We were a little disappointed to find a lot of the arcade games were not operational. Overall, we still had a great time and were very happy that there was even a little corner for our 9 month old to play in.

We came here for the comedy show to see Justin Rupple. It was a fun place and a great show.

This place is insane! First off it's huge, and they've pretty much thought of everything when it comes to family fun!
Mini bowling, darts, every video game- old and new- you can think of, games that earn prizes, a huge lounge, sitting area, with a gigantic screen TV. A restaurant and bar, a candy shop, etc.etc. And they keep adding more things to do on a regular basis.
The food is very good, and a great selection of items to choose from.
They host parties, and almost any kind of event you can think of.
And you won't "break the bank" having hours of enjoyment here!

Great staff and Menu. First time since opening. Great new feel and look. Live entertainment every Friday.

They need new management. The stuff they've done for the kids is great but the food is ridiculously tasteless for the price. The drinks were great but they cost about 10 bucks a pop. You have parents there who came because their kids are having fun so the parents can drink and enjoy the atmosphere, well why charge 10 bucks a drink? For 10 dollars I have one in done, but for 6 dollars I'll have 2 or 3. I mean the math is obviously simple. And don't sell a 30 dollar wagyu burger if you don't know how to cook it, keep it simple and you'll succeed. Tables in the dining area are 70% wobbly even right after opening. Just such a waste.

Yummy food, very child friendly! Went with 2 toddlers and didn't feel like a burden which was very refreshing. The arcade isn't visible from where we ate which was wonderful at getting the kids to actually eat their food before they went to play. Cant wait to go back!

This experience was below subpar from the very beginning. The hostess was rude and very obviously did not care to provide good service. Once seated (without silverware), our waiter was less than attentive, continuously blaming his “hectic” evening. It took over an hour to get our food & refills. When we did receive our food, our gluten sensitive entree was served on risotto & Mac n cheese, instead of the non gluten side originally ordered. The server reassured us he double checked the order to confirm the dish would be served correctly and it was still was not. The food was okay, but definitely not worth the $20+ paid per dish. Save your time and money and dine elsewhere.

The hostes was kinda rude no smile. I didn't feel welcome in. We went like 5 people and order large food When we requested for ranch to eat with fries they brought us one single tiny cup a little bit. That was ridiculous. I don't think so we gonna come back. The place is to bright. No thank you.

Went for the first time with my Fiance and our friends on a Friday at 6 and it was packed. The food and atmosphere were awesome albeit pretty expensive. They had a live band who was great. The only problem we ran into was a 30 minute hold for ordering food as they were packed and couldn't handle the amount of orders. Other than that we had a great time. Thanks South 40!

Great drinks and good food! The art also enhances the atmosphere and gives the dining room a chic vibe.

I really tried to like this place as I love all the small businesses opening in Reno. The first time I went it was date night with the fiancé a month and a half ago. We got seated and half the eating area was relatively busy. The drinks were good and we ordered the fried chicken and wagyu burger. Here comes the first issue.
The menu states shoe string fries. They are not shoe string fries. The menu states the burger only came with burger cheese and onions. We asked for no onions. The burger came with tomato, lettuce, and pickles. We ended up scraping the veggies off. When brought to the waitress's attention she said it's not stated on the menu but it is on their to go menu.okay? The chicken meal was decent but half of it came out lukewarm.

I went back again tonight with my mom and sister trying to give it another chance. Thinking maybe we went on a busy night and that's where the issues came about. You might think that being Sunday night football with somewhat local teams the place would be busy but no we were one of 3 tables in the entire restaurant. There were more people working than actually dining. We ordered the steak frites, fried chicken, and ribs.
After waiting 10 minutes the waitress came and said they did not have the steak frites. Nothing else sounded good so we opted to share the two entrees and dessert. Our food didnt come out for a really long time making me almost ask if they had forgotten us. Again we were then maybe one of two tables. The mashed potatoes were so cold it made me question if they were frozen first, the gravy looked like it was sitting for a while as it had a film over the top from it sitting, the ribs were dry and the chicken was so oily. The potatoes were so cold we had let our server know he proceeded to come out with a scoop of warmed up potatoes. The coloring made it look like they just put it through the warmer. The bread putting bites was an insult to bread pudding. For the price and service I will not be going back again.

Also the game room had many games out of order and the prizes were lackluster.

Honestly don't waste your time. Food was grade school quality with no flavor or care taken. "French dip sandwich" meat was flavorless with heavy mayo on the bread, was not grilled, and bland cheese melted on it. Aujus with it was also bland and watery. Salad was watery. Fried chicken was dry, greasy, and honestly, I'm not sure if they even know what salt is. $70 for food we could have made from a microwave. We live very close and definitely won't be going back again. Only thing we can hope for is that it closes soon so something better can open.

Food was average, drinks were good. Way overpriced though. A small pizza, a French dip sandwich, two drinks and a shared dessert was $87. Gotta pay the rent on that huge facility somehow.

So happy to see this place open up after exploring a similar venue in Dallas, Texas. It’s a great way for parents to get out and for the kids to have fun. As the owner of Five Hearts preschool I’m happy to spread the word to my families about something fun to do with the children on the weekend.
