Horrible service never hire these people! I lost one of our best clients because of these people! They even hung up the phone when requesting a refund. Less than 1 star horrible!

I am overwhelmed with gratitude and positivity for this company. During the Burning Man flooding, we needed a car to meet my partner at the nearest paved road to get him back to Reno. Ashley spoke with me several times throughout the day to coordinate a meeting point with specific GPS coordinates, explain details of how to get there, and patiently waited as I got in touch with my partner who had limited service. She even called me when a cancellation occurred to offer the opportunity for my partner to take an earlier car than we had initially booked. She truly put us first and was thoughtful and considerate throughout a very stressful situation. When roads were unexpectedly closed, the driver Ron immediately reached out to coordinate a new meeting point. Sunset helped my partner get safely home during a very difficult time, and we felt incredibly supported. Would recommend this company to anyone.
