Gateway Mortgage is a very professional, courteous and user-friendly company. As a home builder, I have worked with many lending companies over the years and have never found one to be as helpful as Gateway Mortgage. They are very timely and efficient and I recommend them to anyone who is considering obtaining a construction loan.
