Jamie and the entire staff has been AMAZING through my application process. I had a few life hurdles in between and they still worked with me so I can move into my apartment next week. When you call, they answer. Recommend this apartment complex in the Las Vegas area for sure!

Trend is the best property the I have lived in since being in Las Vegas. Jamie has been very helpful since day one of me moving in. She explained everything thoroughly to the point I had no questions to ask after going over the lease. I would recommend this property to everyone

I have enjoyed living at Trend for the past year. The grounds are always kept very nice and maintenance response time is great. Marlene, the property manager has been so caring since I moved in and is always helpful. The only thing I wish to see more of is resident events.

5 Stars for Anthony and Steve! Anthony’s been my main maintenance guy for a while, and always been awesome! I had some small issues in my apartment, and they were in and out.
Always great communication with maintenance! Overall Trend for me have been more than I expected. Jaime is awesome in the leasing office, and Marlena the property manager is very understanding. I can’t complain, Trend is a nice luxury apartment with tranquil neighbors. I would recommend!

What an awesome group of folks that work here. Maintenance is so fire, always busy and fixing everything quickly. The folks that work the front Office are amazing. Special shoutout to Jamie and Marlene for ALWAYS having everything together and always creating cute events on the property for us to enjoy. Any time I have a problem or question, Jamie and Marlene are like THE problem solvers to go to. Really appreciate how many good folks they have. I am going on 2 years here and still really love the property. Always kept clean. Jamie + Marlene have gone above and beyond so many times for me. Also all the new folks that they are hiring seem to be really smart and really nice hard workers. Great staff here at Trend.

I am new to Vegas and was looking for an apartment and came across Trend Apartments. I called to ask A LOT questions and Jaelynn was able to answer everything I asked her with ease, she was so sweet and didn’t seem annoyed with all of my questions. She was extremely helpful. She also helped me with my application process and walked me through the whole thing. I am very appreciative for people like her, she made a very stressful process manageable and simple for me.
