Love my new spa Camden was awesome to deal with and very helpful! I'm glad I chose Aqua Living for my purchase!

After doing research and shopping around we went with Camden at Aqua Living and couldn’t be happier. The fact that they actually list every model on their website including pricing is perfect since the other stores don’t. We purchased the Catalina Berkshire over the summer and it’s everything we wanted and more. A comparable model was over 20k at the place in Rye and didn’t even have Bluetooth! He was super helpful and made the process easy from the start. If you’re in the market for a hot tub, there isn’t anywhere else around that even comes close. Highly recommend.

I could easily reach him by text or phone call if I had any questions & he didn’t push products on us. Camden made himself available to us when needed & addressed any questions or concerns we had quickly & efficiently! One of the things that set his services apart from other hot tub dealers in the area was that we did not need to make an appointment. I was able to walk in during their regular business hours & he even stayed over an hr past closing for us to go over things. Overall we had a great experience & I would highly recommend dealing with Camden.

Bart was great. Took time to show us the different models and explain the many features and options. We received our spa on time as promised. I would highly recommend you visit Bart at Aqua Living if you are shopping for a hottub. Great price, quality and service.

Bart was a good sales person but the hot tub from the factory is complete junk. Starters the hot tub display was not even hooked up to the motherboard. I had to pay my electrician to trace the wiring back to find why the display wasn't coming on. Second he finally found it zip tied to a tube with spray foam over it. Next one know is not spinning Feely and I called text supthey told me to pull the Side panel off and look to maybe adjusted it After spending $8000 I told them that's what them that's what the warranty is for no not me to pull off the panel. They said some repairs are done bythe customers. Next the spray foam is very poorly unevenly sprayed and there are multiple bare spots larger than 12x12. They said I could by some spray foam. I llaughed. After finally getting them to line something up the company that services them is a 3rd party amd had a long waiting list for services. Not a good experience with this company Aqua Living
Add on.do not by this spa nothing but problems and horrible customer service. Still waiting on parts to repair over 6 months.

I purchased my hot Tub from Bart in New Hampshire. I have a Bed and Breakfast in Maine and was in Australia when I ordered it. He made the process very easy and the order and delivery went very smoothly. It was a great purchase at a very good price. No problems and my guests love it.
