My car battery was dead in my driveway. I’m new to area and had no luck finding shop open on Saturday and between hectic work schedule and obvious transportation problem, could not figure out how to fix this. I called this shop. Enter Sarah. She swooped in and coordinated guys came to my house, jumped car back to life, drove it back to shop for battery, inspection and other maintenance work. They kept me posted every step of the way and the following day I got home from work, there’s my car in the driveway as promised. Unbelievable! THATS customer service! I’m a customer for life! Thanks!

Quick, easy in and out service. Mechanic called and got my opinion before making a decision. Nice team over there.

Very disappointed this time around. Had oil change, inspection and brake check done. When I picked up my truck the clock, temperature reading and some lights were not working properly like they were before all the above were done.

They have been servicing my vehicle for almost 5 years.excellent customer care and service.they go out of their way time and time again to take care of me and my schedule.always get me right in for emergencies!

I had been getting mailers from J. S. Automotive since they opened in Charlestown. Luckily my car, bought used, has performed well and the first inspection had been done by the dealer. But now, a year later I needed an inspection, and J. S.seemed a good place to try to see if it would be a good place to go when I really needed work done. I passed the inspection, and that was good, but the detailed explanation of what I should be looking for in the future was what made me think that this was the place I would go when I needed work done.

I just had my second inspection in as many years. They fixed the license plate lights which were out as I had discovered the night before when I was stopped and warned by the police in Bellows Falls that my license plate lights were out. I said, "No problem; I'll have them fixed at inspection, " and they were.

I love having a local place where I can take my vehicle and trust that they will maintain and repair it, and that they will update me about future needs.

Was recommended to go there by a coworker and have been very satisfied to find another garage that treats me well and is honest about their services and repairs. Service has been great and they work with me and my schedule.

Wonderful place! We had a blowout on the highway and they changed the tire very quickly. Very friendly & timely service.

Been with JS Auto 13 years, always ver helpful, always trusted there work. Starter was failing in my 2018 Ram 1500. Couple days before I was to leave for Florida. JS Auto got me up and Running before I left. Great Job. Only thing I would like to see at this place and others is to adjust how much they charge for Shop supplys.

This automotive place is the absolute best in Vermont! I'm from North Carolina, was traveling in Vermont when my van broke down. I called and they sent the tow truck and had the chance to look at it the very next morning and have it fixed for me by 11am do I could head home! They are so friendly and their customer service was top notch. The waiting area was nice with a comfy couch, coffee and water and a TV to help pass the time. If you are in Vermont/New Hampshire near Charlestown and need help with your vehicle I recommend JS Automotive 100%!
