The store manager Larry was very helpful when I came in for my oil change. He pointed out what I should get done to extend my safety in my car. The tech was also very helpful when I needed my battery cleaned and my air filter replaced. Thank you Monro!

6 months ago Sullivan Tire in Nashua told me I needed $2000 worth of work done to pass the state inspection. I laughed and asked them to complete the oil change, and give me my car back. Larry came as a referral from my neighbor, who is also in the car repair business. Honest, efficient and reasonably priced sums up my experience! $1000 less in repair (really - general maintenance) costs. A pleasure doing business, and happy to have a new go-to for my car maintenance!

This is our local auto shop of choice, always easy to work with, and the owner seems like a really good guy. I mentioned I thought one of my wiper motors was out and wanted an estimate. They found it was just off the tracks and were able to fix it quickly along with the oil change at no additional charge! I really appreciate the honesty!

I stopped by the Merrimack NH location yesterday and spoke with a gentleman named Larry. When I pulled in the garage was full and everyone was busy. I explained to Larry that I needed some brakes done on my vehicle and I was traveling the very next morning and was hoping he could fit me in. I explained how I had a ton of running around to do before we were leaving and Larry offered to go to my house to pick up the vehicle so I didn't have to waste time. I agreed and left my keys with Larry at the shop. Not only did they get my car finished in a remarkable amount of time, they also called me took my payment over the phone and delivered my car to the house for me. I just wanted to say thank you to Larry and his team for a great job and for the awesome customer service. No wonder these guys have great reviews online. They truly do go above and beyond for the customer.

We are so grateful to David and his staff. We were 5 hours from home and our car broke down on our way to dropping our daughter off at college. We called as we knew it was going to be close to getting to his store before it closed. He waited for us and took care of us even after hours. He made us feel totally comfortable and welcome. I've been a customer of Monro Muffler for many years now. I've had several cars that I've had work and maintnance and what not and they've always provided top of the line quality and car care. They are also straight forward and with recomendations to keep your vehicle running.
