Moon River Wellness Center, Pelham NH

This studio is a GEM in a small town! ** Moon River offers a wide variety of yoga classes, excellent workshops and amazing massage sessions. I love all of the various styles each Yoga instructors bring and it is never ever boring - Lois, Dolly, Mindy & Brian to just name a few. I never thought yoga can be so powerful for self care. Meditation begins the moment you step foot in this Zen place. It is my sanctuary and I love coming here. Carolyn was fantastic with my deep tissue massage. A must try studio all around, everyone is super friendly and attentive. The owners has the right ingredients to making this a perfect wellness center in southern NH!

I went in for a massage and had a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly and my masseuse (Mike) did a great job! Staff are every professional and accommodating- and the facilities are clean / relaxing. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking to unwind with a massage.

I did a 90 min reflexology session with Tiffany, and it was absolutely amazing. It included a facial lymphatic massage, reiki, and then she ended with my feet. Tiffany is so knowledgeable and understanding. I always leave feeling like I’m on cloud after a session with her. I highly recommend booking a session.

This was my first time at Moon River and my massage with Jessica was wonderful! Everyone at the front desk was super welcoming and friendly as well. I’ll definitely be back monthly!

My massage with Jess was great. She was very effective and my shoulder feels much better.
The facility was clean and beautiful. They offer yoga and other therapies. Definitely worth checking out.

Terrific massage and great gift shop. I would highly recommend deep tissue massage with Carolyn or Mary. I've heard great things from other people about the yoga but haven't personally tried the classes yet. I have done yoga with Claudine in the past at a different location and she is outstanding. Looking forward to taking a few yoga classes in the future.

I did the restorative yoga class on Thursday night. I slept so good, can’t wait for the next class. The front desk was very nice and respectful

I started coming to Moon River this past spring and from the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. From yoga classes and instructors, massage therapists, workshops, psychic fairs, reflexology and reiki! The energy, the people, the community here is amazing! The Center and Shoppe is unique and the owners are thoughtful with every offering.

Tried booking an appointment and no one ever got back to me. Tried booking a month in advance heard no answers back to any questions till 2 days prior via text and when I respond immediately I get an automated message saying ill be answered shortly. 2 days prior to the requested date and never confirmed my appointment. Dont waist your time.

So relaxing, calming, and also a very caring staff. Highly recommend! My favorite place to find peace and stillness.

I am a 58 yr old male that has been weight training for 43 years.
In 2022 I noticed that both my strength and especially my recovery from workouts had decreased significantly. I also took up mountain biking which added another load, so I was looking for a way to improve my recovery and overall health in general.

My son has practiced yoga for several years and always encouraged me to give it a try. In early December I decided to stop in during an open house to check it out. The staff showed me around and discussed some options for getting me started. We spoke about some of my ongoing health problems and how yoga would help improve some of these issues. I signed up that day and can honestly say it was a life changing day for me.

Since then, I have been practicing consistently two times a week and have quickly seen major improvements to my health in many ways. I can say that after the classes are finished, I feel both euphoric and completely relaxed. Some of the benefits that I am seeing are listed below.

2. Improved overall sense of well-being and mindfulness.
3. Reduced stress and the ability handle the stress in a more productive manner.
4. Improved breathing control and lung function.
5. Improved recovery from my weight training sessions.
6. Weight loss of 7 pounds in around 6 weeks since practicing.
7. Improved sleep patterns and energy levels.

The entire staff at Moon River are very friendly and supportive.
