Dr. Aversa is wonderful! I’ve been going to him forever. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and refer him to everyone.

The office help is always friendly and courteous. Wait time is minimal. Dr. Aversa is the epitome of a knowledgeable doctor. I feel very confident with any of his diagnosis & determinations.

I had a good experience. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.

I love coming to see Shelly Tinkerman. She does a very thorough job and listens to you very closely. She explains everything she is doing and if she finds anything.

Sheli Tinkelman was extremely rude and lacked any type of empathy, she made me feel like I was a nuisance when I asked any questions (she would cut me off whenever I even tried to ask questions) I have never felt so awful with a doctor before and honestly, so glad I stopped seeing her.

Dr Aversa is always thorough and efficient in his exam of my skin as well as willing to take the time to explain things to me in a clear and concise manner. I feel cared for and cared about.

I scheduled my appointment 1st thing in the am. I wasn't seen till 40mins.after my appointment time. Frustrating considering the time of my appointment. I do work and this cost me more than 2hrs time because of the 40min.wait. We respect your time, why can't you respect ours. My appointment had me arriving 10mins prior to my appointment, why?

Dr. Shelley Tinkleman is such a super lady! Very efficient and no nonsense but at the same time funny, kind and caring. A perfect fit for me. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I love that there is always a very short wait. Many times they bring you in early when they can. The medical staff is excellent and also friendly and personable.

I was able to get in to see the Doctor one day after contact with the office. Sheli Tinkleman is a great listener and very concerned for her patients.

I went in for a consultation for a mole I had on my leg. I was in the process of telling the dermatologist what my doctor had stated about it. The dermatologist did not let me finish my sentence before telling my it’s absolutely not fine and that it needed to be removed. The procedure it self went fine however when it came to getting my results dermatologist Sheli Tinkleman was less than empathetic about the situation. She told me that I’m lucky I came in because “this could have killed you” and rushed through telling me that I’d be referred for surgery and have stitches.
I called back the next day to ask afew questions to which she said “I told you yesterday your margins were clear but you were upset so you probably didn’t hear me” I replied that I have never had this happen to me before so I don’t know what any of this means. I asked if they got the whole mole off and she responded “it doesn't matter if I got it or not you’ll need an excision”

Over all this has been a very stressful situation to handle. Finding out that I have skin cancer and need more surgery and given no answers to any of my questions and having a doctor talking to me in a very rude tone over the phone while I’m loosing it and being stressed out. If you need to go here ask for a different dermatologist to do your procedure. She has horrible bedside manner.
