Signature Nails & Spa, Concord NH

I am writing this review because it has been 3 weeks and my nails are still damaged and painful. I walked in & did not have an appointment, it was crowded so I turned around to leave. A woman stopped me & ask what I wanted done. I said basic manicure with clear polish. She said they could do that. When I got to her station she asked about my nail polish & I told her it was a mineral bond powder brushed on between clear coats that I did at home. She started to use the electric drill and I thought it was to remove the top coat and then she would soak my nails, but she ended up using the electric drill to remove all of the polish. I wish I had said something or stopped her. My nails were getting extremely hot and painful. Next she did not use any cuticle removing cream but reached into her station drawer & pulled out a non sanitized cuticle clipper (it wasn’t in a bag and you could tell it was used). She immediately started to pull and tug at my cuticles rapidly.she never even did the sides just the bottoms. Then she did about a 1 minute “massage” on each arm. You could tell she just didn’t care. I left paying $25 on a service that damaged my nails and had me upset and angry that my trip to treat myself was ruined. As I said it’s been 3 weeks and I still am struggling with trying to heal my nails. You can actually see the indent from where she drilled my nail and my new nail growth. My nails are paper thin. I wish I had walked out. But I do hope that in the future they don’t try to fit everyone in and are honest that they are too busy to give a customer the attention they deserve.

I am, hands down (pun intended) obsessed with this place! I drive 45 minutes every 2 weeks to come here to get a fill done for my acrylics. I’ll occasionally get a pedi done as well, about every season change or so. Everyone is so friendly and talented! I usually show up with some flashy nail idea from Pinterest and no matter which person I get, they do the best job. I have people stop me and compliment my nails and even write down the name of the place! I will say, they are always booked and busy (good for them!), so calling ahead a day before to schedule an appointment is a very good idea. They are also so gentle and I have never been hurt while going here (other places I have been to have ripped my cuticles, etc).

Best nail salon in New Hampshire. They always do a great job and the employees are so kind. I accidentally broke one of my dip nails doing yard work and they told me I could come in anytime to fix it; they did a lovely job and didn't charge me I found my nail place!

This nail salons is awesome, They are friendly and remember your name. Their work is outstanding. I have been to a lot of places and I will tell you, This is the best place ever. You need to go and see for yourself.

I finally found a nail salon that actually honors your appointment. They are professional, very friendly and make you feel extremely welcome. I would highly recommend, Lexie, Denny and their entire staff.

I absolutely love my nails! Lexi did a phenomenal job, I will be coming back. The whole place is so welcoming, and very clean. Very reasonable price too! (the website prices are incorrect) I highly recommend signature nails.

Never ever will go here again.went with a bridal party and it was terrible.my nails and toes are awful, the Mani was all of 16 minutes, they charged me wrong for the pedicure.they did not listen to the requests.terrible.do not waste a dime here. Thanks for ruining my daughter's wedding.

I’m surprised by any positive feedback. Twice now they did not listen and then blamed it on not understanding English, is that my issue or theirs? Had a pedicure which was fine, had expressed twice I wanted nail polish without a manicure. They no longer could fit me in.was that because it wasn’t a $40 service? They didn’t turn in the fan for my pedicure to dry, they ignored me once they said they couldn’t fit me in. Twice had a bad experience.
Response to owners response: Why take walk-ins if you are then going to blame your scheduling conflicts on the client? If you don't have time don't take the walk-in. You are not sorry proven by the excuses you make. I didn't want to make a scene inside your business that is why I asked to talk with you outside and had to repeat it 3 times as you attempted to hide behind a language barrier which was a running theme in our conversation. Seriously why would I come back? Twice burned and lesson learned.

The BEST place in concord hands down. I only let Lexi touch my nails but I’m sure everyone working there is great. Clean, polished nails.every time!

When my nails are done here they are not rushed and come out just as I wanted.

I had my nails done at another place. They absolutely butchered my nails, so I came here to get them fixed. Wendy did an absolutely amazing job and completely fixed my nails, that the other salon butchered. 100% will be using Wendy as my nail lady.

I have gone here 3x. They are my secondary place when i cant get my nails done at my #1 pick (pro nails concord), I go here but goodness I don't know if the product is old or what, but I can't get more than 7days out of these dipped nails before the break, chip, crack and ruin my nails. No tips, just dip and every nail on one hand is broken chipped ans cracked ans on the other they are all cracking and abour to chip. Three days I made this time and I haven't had free time to go get them re done. They do nice work but it just does not last.
