For the most part the service is good. Most employees are welcoming. It is always clean but can be sometimes busy at the desk. Waiting a bit for packages depending on how many customers are there.

Employee named Ben is rude and lazy. “I’m not going to go searching for your package. ” This attitude even when I was the only customer in the entire building.

Attendants are extremely rude and Prejudice and So is the post master Michelle. When you try to problem solve and speak to someone calmy they hang up and have no regard for disability or race and you are demeaned for it.this is an awful place

We were awaiting 60$ worth of face masks to be delivered. Tracking said they were delivered tonite. They weren’t. Until we checked our neighbors mailbox which was jam pack with her mail.and ours. Totally unacceptable. Get your mail carriers in check. It’s not that hard.

Worst post office around. Everyone is lazy and it’s clear there is no proper training or management. Can’t even deliver one single item without having to leave a note saying I have to go pick it up. The mailman in my neighborhood will literally sit there and talk to anyone that passes by for an hour. (Not an exaggeration) sick of it. They argue with me constantly about where my packages are, all just to find out it’s behind the counter under some random stuff that the refuse to look for. Absolutely pitiful.
Long story short, fire everyone and hire people that care about their jobs. Maybe if they spend less time chatting and screwing around theyd be able to deliver me a sad note quick enough for me to hurry to the post office to get my things that I’ve already been waiting for for weeks.

Everytime I go in the ladies are always smiling and courteous. Always very helpful

Came in on a Saturday during posted Passport hours with our entire family of 4. We were asked if we had an appointment, to which I said, "no". They said it was by appointment only. So we made an appointment 4 weeks out based on our availability. When we showed up at that date and time, they said we didn't have an appointment. After some huffing and puffing about it, they went ahead and did it. What a bunch of rude and unhelpful folks. There is no reason it couldn't have been done the first Saturday we all showed up, they were just being lazy!
