Had to repair my robot. Ricardo was fast, professional and good price. He knew exactly what he needed to do and did it right there and then during the scheduled appointment time.

Local repair said that my Aquabot was not worth repairing. They also offered to “discard” it for me for free. I took it back and brought it to Ricardo who fixed it in a half hour while I waited.

He helped me out with a part that no pool store was will to order for me.

Absolutely top notch customer service. Excellent prices as well. I would highly recommend. We needed a new cable for our Polaris and it was done quickly and for a great price. We also learned a lot about the machine as he was doing the work. If I could give more stars I certainly would.

I have a Aquabot supreme I bought three years ago. The power unit started to smoke from a short. Ricardo fixed the short and repaired the cable for less than half the price that a repair center in Mahwah NJ wanted. I highly recommend this business.
