Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City

I stayed here for the second time and I can comfortably say I will not go anywhere else. It's in a great location, they have every casino game, and the staff was more than helpful when I needed them. My rooms were clean both times and I always get a great rate. I highly recommend this place especially if you have seen how run down the other resorts on the boardwalk have gotten.

Definitely an improvement over the Taj. The restaurants are good but the Sportsbook is bad, it’s too small and not user friendly. The gaming floor is typical of a casino

Security staff went above and beyond. Asked several members for directions to exhibits of Prince. Spot on, their directions led us to each exhibit. Could not have done this without them!

Although I am not a gambler, the Hard Rock is a wonderful addition to Atlantic City for the memorabilia alone. Walking around and seeing the costumes and musical instruments on display will take hours. They have several dining choices as well as varied food court. It is also very convenient to get to. My son stayed there overnight and had an enjoyable stay in a very nice room.

We stayed at the south tower. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean and comfy. We could here the ppl next door (coughing, talking) but it was tolerable. The rooms have a fridge but no microwave. Pool was huge, clean, and never crowded. Pool was on the 4th floor. Food is expensive in the hotel/casino but you can usually buy one meal and split it especially when you have kids. We took to kids 7 & 8. Parking was pretty easy after I figured it out. Best to Park on level two between 2a-2c then enter the hotel) casino floor.and then take the tower elevators to your room. Boardwalk and beach were very low traffic possibly due to fall time or just covid and general decline. But we didn't mind.

Nice place with bright atmosphere and good food options. Love the selections of slots with small wins. I would say this is a great place to see memorabilia from the Rock and Roll days as well as nice to visit here!

The entire place is like a Rock museum. Shops are nice and food courts are an excellent value.
Casino bars have live entertainment nightly.
Rooms are big and you can even get a smoking room- how cool is that.

The casino is kept in magnificent shape absolutely huge with lots of restaurants to choose from. The casino has so much room that you could spend a week later without ever having to leave. Backs right up to the boardwalk and can be accessed through the back doors 247. And incredible amount of memorabilia can be seen throughout the hotel and casino highly suggests checking this one out

Had a great time. The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly and helpful. I found the casino very clean and well kept. The restaurants are many and offer a wide selection of food items for almost every taste. I recommend a stop by if your are in the neighborhood

Now THIS is a hotel and casino that is worthy of the Hard Rock branding. Modern and Impressive from the moment you walk in the door until you check out, everything from the casino floor, to the rooms to the restaurants is thoughtfully put together and well appointed. Frankly it is shockingly nice compared to the rest of the AC offerings which is why they can charge a premium price. This Hard Rock also has the best collection of memorabilia I have ever seen. Make sure you look at all the items under the main stairs. Only negative was the lack of employee knowledge around the resort - it’s a big hotel and confusing but when even employees don’t know where things are, when things operate and can’t help - that’s an issue. Overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat - even at the premium price.

Decided to stay here for Girls night out. We enjoyed it so much we never left this casino to check out anything else. First off as a fan of the hard rock cafes I found it amazing to see the memorabilia all over the place. And the art work around was really neat too. The guitar chandelier above the grand staircase was breath taking. Its very large so it takes time to get used to the layout of the casino and where the hotel towers are. The room we had was a great size. The view of the ocean was lovely and the bathroom was awesome! It has a separate shower and toilet room. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, there's plenty of shops and restaurants for variety. I will definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time and of course the music is awesome too.

Upon check-in they advise me of a free upgrade to a suite. Great. Except when you wake in the morning you find no hot water. Oh. And no way to call front desk. Phone doesn't work. So you call the operator from your cell. Nope.they can't connect you they are off site.

Jenelise was an absolute ray of sunshine even though she was working in the parking garage on cold dreary day - by far the best first impression of any AC casino I visited all week. Casino itself was also well lit and clean, and has a good variety of table games/limits. Definitely plan to get rooms here rather than Oceans in the future.

It’s a pretty cool looking casino inside with a lot of memorabilia from celebrities the atmosphere is awesome very lively and upbeat I definitely recommend going there.
