Friendly, professional, and enjoyable people. The environment is nice, and Mark will push you while still acknowledging limits and not exacerbating pain/injuries. He’s very knowledgeable and has helped me make progress already.

NovaCare Rehabilitation, specifically the hand therapist Brenda, has provided outstanding, comprehensive therapy as well as realistic guidance on what I can and can't do and realistic timelines for recovery. I am happy.

I would like to compliment the staff and therapists at Novacare in Moorestown. I have had therapy at this location thru the past 20 years. The reception, customer focus and professional dedication has been excellent. My therapys' have dealt with knee, back, elbow and feet. The sessions helped correct the physical problems and educated me on theraputic maintenance that I perform daily. Job well done!

The staff is professional and knowledgeable. You will feel comfortable and welcome here from the minute you walk in the door. I have always been seen on time and feel as though I am receiving individualized treatment. Scheduling is easy and the hours are convenient.

I've gone to the NovaCare office in Moorestown for two different cycles of rehab and/or PT.once about 5 years ago (a bad knee/quad injury), and then very recently (foot and hip issues). I have worked with 4 different physical therapists in the office: Mark, Mike, Allyson, Wendy. They're all attentive to my needs, highly skilled at what they do, and very personable/friendly individuals.

This Nova Care facility has a really great staff. Knowledgable, professional, well trained and very nice. The facility would get a 5 star if there recumbent bike worked correctly. Seems after almost a year, the parent company can't get it fixed or replaced. NOT good, as it is the first piece of equipment many use for warm up. Otherwise a great place to go for Physical Therapy!

Over the past several weeks, I’ve been doing Physical Therapy at the NovaCare facility in Moorestown. In addition to being very professional and knowledgeable, they work well together, filling in for each other and treating each patient with care. Although slow, my treatments have made me feel so much better. I would recommend this facility for Physical Therapy; the therapists are awesome!

I'm normally uncomfortable meeting new people but the experience at NovaCare was pleasant and the physical therapist helping me was very knowledgeable and helpful.

After 6 major surgeries in eight years I have recieved extensive physical and occupational therapy. The therapists at NovaCare in Moorestown provide the best care and training I have encountered. Their many years of experience and visible concern for every patient make this an exceptional clinic.

I would recommend Novacare for both physical and occupational therapy as I have experienced both. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I continue to be very pleased with my NovaCare experience. Each of the physical therapist I've worked with brings the desired combination of compassion and competence. They are genuinely interested in helping me improve weekly. How many people "look forward" to their PT sessions? I do!

Care was good and therapist very nice and knowledgeable. My complaint is with their billing. Every session was billed at a different price and on average they were over twice as much as my other rehab company charged me. I have never been to a physical therapy company that charged differently each time I went, always the same, no matter what they did during the session. I complained and I THINK they made an adjustment but I couldn't get anyone to call me back and explain it all to me. I asked when I started and was told it would cost me a reasonable price, (about half) but when the bill came I was floored. I would go any where else, unless you have endless amounts money to spend!
