He came here with 3 people overkill I thought, He immediately started to UPSELL THE JOB. HE arrogantly informed Me he wouldn't honor the Special. I never encountered anyone in the carpet cleaning business to disrespect a customer in that manner Cursing at Me, He totally inconvenienced Me making Me miss a doctor's appointment. Please prospective customers DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS MASTER-TECH

Great job with pleasant and professional service. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes received. I had to let the crew in, point to the items for cleaning and take a work meeting at home which I let the man who called me know when he asked if they could come a bit early. I agreed as long as they could get to work while I handled a scheduled work call. They were great!

I am in the customer service business. Jonathan provided the best carpet service I have experienced in Albuquerque! ABQ Master Tech Pro provided a quick, responsive communication and an appointment that met my needs exactly. Jonathan and his crew were on time, very courteous, considerate and professional. I highly recommend this company.

This is to reconfirm my belief and trust in this company. After time has passed a picky customer (me), they have gone so far above and beyond to make sure this customer is happy. I recommend ABQ Master Tech Pro to all my friends and family. I cannot believe these poor reviews, there is no way they mean to leave this review for this company.

BEWARE! Total scam they quoted me a price for vent cleaning and carpet cleaning and when it came to pay the invoice that was not the price they quoted, not only that when I looked into the vents they were still dirty. Jonathan pressured me to pay cash. I did and now they're not answering my calls I'm reporting them to the state attorney generals office.

So after having a coupon for $89.00 then got a bait and switch for a supposed pet treatment that raised the price to 200.00 lol. We paid and nothing got cleaned the 2 guys that worked were here for 10 mins and left. Then I called about it and never got a call back. We should have just stuck with our other guy, never go for the coupons especially when you already have someone doing a great job for 100.00 bucks. Rip off

He is a crook. I hired Jonathan to clean my vents and he said that we could not be in the home while he was cleaning the vents. When I came back I opened the removed the vent cover and nothing had been done he charged me $782. I had to hire Hoover to come and clean the vents they did a phenomenal job. It was more money but you get what you pay for. Beware of this company

Such a great team to work with! Friendly, on time (actually a bit early), communicative, great service and easy to work with. They wore masks, shoe covers, and cleaned all of my vents and my return as well. House feels a lot cleaner. John, the owner, is great. I’ll be using these guys for additional services and future vent cleanings. My allergies are already thanking you!

Jonathan is super nice and patient, addressing various concerns with a ' We can do it ' approach. Good prices on carpet cleaning.

Reps were very courteous, explained in detail what they were doing and did a great job in cleaning out our dryer vent. I would definately refer them to others. Thanks for the great service.

DONT HIRE these guys! Hired to clean dryer duct. Poor job. They had a cloud of lent inside & out. Now we have to clean walls, surfaces, floors. They made a big MESS. I could of done that with my own compressor. Will never use these guys again!

Very good service, excellent quality off work. Very informative and trustworthy. Would def recommend for air duct cleaning.
