Jocelyn Barrientos assisted my daughter and I during our PRP treatments and we have nothing but kind words to share about her. Ms. Barrientos made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole procedure and ensured the procedure went by as effectively and pain free as possible. I will most definitely recommend getting PRP treatments with her. Also, Ms. Barrientos provided me security prior to the procedure and spoke the language I was most comfortable speaking. I went here and got all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The surgery itself went okay but I have to say, the follow up process was horrific. Neither myself nor my girlfriend were properly informed about everything prior or post procedure. I had to call the emergency number a few times, once for bleeding and another as I was having aching and sharp pain, worrying I had dry socket. I was told “dry socket is not an emergency, you’re not dying and you do not need to call this number, so let’s be responsible people and call Monday”. However, this check up went okay, he was kind and thorough, even showing me how to use the syringe properly. However, I had to go back again today as I’ve had more pain and aching 9 days post procedure and wanted one last check up before I moved out of state. He walked in with a rude tone and attitude, not being gentle and actually stabbed my tooth extraction socket, causing it to bleed and hurt even more. I had to go to another dentist immediately after where they gave me some paste that somewhat helped but not really. I’m not saying this is a horrible place to go, just be careful because they do not like being called and asked questions more than once or twice, nor do they like having to accommodate for follow up appointments. I had tried calling yesterday and was told by the front desk lady named patty “Sorry but unless it’s excruciatingly painful or severely bleeding, there’s no need for me to schedule an appointment for you”. After my socket was hurt today, there was no apology, just more of brushing it off and getting me out the door.

Dr Tuggle and his staff are professional, attentive and most congenial. I had some laser and other facial procedures done by Dr Tuggle at different appointments. They were very quick to respond to concerns, even on a weekend! Their caring is genuine, as demonstrated with follow-up communications after procedures. I appreciate the warm atmosphere and approachability of Dr Tuggle and his staff! Am pleased and happy I found him.

They were all so amazing, they’re fast and comforting at the same time. Everybody in the office were great, everybody was all smiles and just great people. Im actually excited to go to the dentist, never had that before. Five starts all the way️️️️️. Keep up the great work guys. Thanks for being so awesome.

The staff were very friendly and professional. They got me in for what I needed very quickly. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Got my wisdom teeth extracted, was super anxious considering I have anxiety but the nurse was super sweet and calmed me down tremendously. She talked to me the whole time until I fell asleep. They got me the same week I called to schedule the appointment, and were never rude about any questions I had. It was super fast! Woke up feeling like a champ also had my medicine ready right away!
Definitely recommend to anyone with no hesitation.

I have super high anxiety about going to do anything dental related and Dr. Tuggle and his team did amazing at keeping me comfortable during my extraction. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!:)

I had the greatest experience yesterday when I got my wisdom teeth pulled I got all 4 pulled I recommend anyone with pain in your teeth this is where to go the staff are so nice and fast I was in and out thank you so much to all the staff

You need to properly train the little immature girls working at the front they don’t know anything and they leave out information this place is a joke

Literally the best office in town! ALL of the employees are so wonderful, helpful and sweet! Dr. Tuggle is PHENOMENAL! He did my wisdom extractions AND my brow lift! Very VERY highly skilled with the BEST bedside manner! Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else! I was so comfortable during both procedures and post op! Wonderful communication too! Never been to such a great office! Can’t wait to find more reasons to go back! Haha! Can’t recommend his office enough! Wish I could give a million stars. 5 doesn’t seem like nearly enough! So I had my wisdom teeth removed and they did a great job. The staff was very kind and they made me feel comfortable. I just want say thank you to the Dentist and his wonderful staff and I would highly recommend if you need oral surgery this is your best bet trust me very good at what they do.

This place was very friendly and helpful. The doctor listen to everything I had to say, and got me an appointment for surgery as soon as possible when I asked.

Dr Tuggle and his staff were very professional and put my daughter at ease by explaining each step of procedure and aftercare. A follow up appointment was immediately scheduled to ensure best results.

The staff is very professional and friendly they seen me at my appointment time without hesitation I really appreciate that.
