Subway, Albuquerque NM

Had to use the restroom here while ordering, was told that the key had been 'missing for days'. I had heard that from someone else at this location before, so I asked about restroom breaks. I was told that they go 5+ hours without restroom breaks. A few seconds later, another staff member just happened to come out of the restroom with the missing key. Was also told that the keypad for the other restroom was out of battery. This is wrong, especially for people with disabilities. Will be calling whomever I need to about this.

The team at this place is friendly quick and clean. The food is always fresh. Cookies are even better when I always get double meat or add bacon to any of my subs. Thank you Eubank staff for always being the best hard workers. Id think that they have the best positive strong manager there.

As soon as I walk in the lady said gosh these people don't stop no one in the store besides her sitting down they hide there meat so we can't see if it's fresh the cookies where all hard the prep look like it sat in freezer for couple days unsanitary won't be coming back n will share with family n friends no go location step it up subway

There was a younger kid working tonight November 29th younger kid with longer hair was extremely polite and made my sandwich to perfection hopefully a manager or owner sees this review

What an awful place. Staff is extremely rude, I considered walking out in the middle of making my sandwich. I’m not paying to be treated like trash. Also, they proudly display an award for most add-on sales. You wanna know why they got the award? Because they sneakily try to charge you for them. Ridiculous experience. Go to another subway.

I can't eat the so called roast beef sub it was so gritty like it had dirt on it. One micro slice of roast beef small bread burnt and hard as a rock. The most wilted tomatoes and not even sure what some of the stuff was. I called to talk to manager but was told she was out for the day. The Rock hard bread is only 1½" wide! What is going on with subway employees and management? Guess I won't be eating there anymore.

I had a turkey sub, and my Mom had a tuna sub. The sub rolls were fresh, but they were hard and hard to chew.

Thank you, Mary, for being so kind. I love the staff and are very respectful they have a beautiful sense of humor, making my afternoon a better one and are so respectful when making my sandwiches even when i make the mistake they are Great! I look forward to going there every other day!

I had that price goes into service, sorry. Subway has always been delicious and my daughter loves it. However, $30 for 2 sandwiches is crazy. I understand we are still in a recession due to bidenomics, but we went from $5 footlong to $15 footlong in 2 years. Kinda absurd.

Ordered 2 steak and cheese footlongs. They had the wrong cheese and no meat. I also requested extra onions and bellpeppers. This was like eating a bread sandwich. I don't even know if i can get a refund. I'm in shock.

I have never been to a subway where they limit the toppings on your sub. They guy making my sandwich refused to put extra olives on my sandwich even though on my order I asked for more he didn't have very good customer service and the sandwich was not very good either I will.not be ordering here again.

Made an online order and once I entered I was looking for a restroom. I accidentally went by the employee door thinking it was a restroom. The guy working informed me that they do not have a restroom. No problem, I just wanted to wash my hands anyway. I sit down with my family to start eating our meals and another customer asks to use the restroom and he just gives them the code. Mind you he had told me that they do not even have a restroom. Not sure what the intentions were behind that but it just didn’t sit right with me.

I go here often. I love the atmosphere and positive attitudes from all workers even when store is short handed on staff. I get sometimes staff gets stressed out. Hell they are human everyone gets stressed. Food prices did go up but hey. Keep a eye out on the amazing coupons. I do like that the ladies in the morning offer free cookies with add ons. That's a big Plus.

Stopped my granddaughter for a sandwich (chicken) on her way to work, on Sunday 6/25/2023 at or around 1: 30 2: 00 p.m (she is allergic to seafood) ate her sandwich at work, had to be transported to the ER! She had a MAJOR allergic reaction, became very ill, since that was all she ate, she was told it was very likely that it was a cross contamination! Your employees must be trained and aware of what can happen to a person with cross contamination! Their food certification should be revoked! My granddaughter could of died!

Guy was really nice Guy was really nice but totally got my order wrong even though it was an online order and the sandwiches were very very short on meat it like and vegetables I was very disappointed

THEY CUT ALL THERE MEAT PORTIONS IN HALF I ORDERED A SPICEY ITALIAN AND I KNOW ITS 10 PIECES OF SALAMI AND 10 PIECES OF PEPPERONI BECAUSE I USED TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY THEY LITERALLY GAVE ME 4 PIECES OF SALAMI AND FOUR PEPPERONI'S WHEN I ORDERED A PIZZA SUB WHICH IS SIX PEPPERONI'S ON EACH SIDE OF THE BREAD A TOTAL OF 12 PEPPERONI'S THEY STACKED 5 PEICES OF PEPPERONI AND CUT THEM IN HALF AND PUT FIVE HALF SLICES ON EACH SIDE WHEN I ASKED IF THE PRICES OF THE SANDWHICHES ARE LOWER PRICES THEY SAID NO THE SANDWICHES ARE PRICED THE SAME AND THEY WERE CHARGING EXTRA FOR MOZZERLA THEY TOLD ME THE PRICES OF THERE PRODUCT HAD WENT UP AND THEY HAD TO CUT DOWN ON THERE PORTIONS I LEFT AND DID NOT PAY FOR THE SANDWICHES I WENT TO ANOTHER SUBWAY THANK GOD I DID AND THEY SERVED ME NORMAL SIZED PORTIONS. SOMETHINGS FISHY GOING ON AT THIS STORE CORPORATE DEFINITELY NEED TO LOOK INTO THERE STORES TO SEE WHATS GOING ON.

The girl who took our order was wonderful. Very kind, I was joking with her and she was laughing with me. I think I got #5 (two different kinds of ham, ect.) My new fav! I will be going back soon!

Went to get a sandwich for lunch asked the girl with rainbow hair if it was chipolte sauce because I was not sure I could not see the label she shoves the label in my face saying “it’s chipolte sauce! ” extremely disrespectful in the food industry to be acting like that to customers. The girl with rainbow hair AWFUL!

Charlie is always so delightful when I come in for sandwiches. And there's sandwiches are made just right and delicious!
