Burger King, Denver NC

Great place to get a cold burger. They really don’t care. The two stars are for the nice gal at the drive-through window.

At 11: 30 am I had to pull up and sit for chicken to cook for a chicken sandwich. How can you not be ready for lunch? ! Very disappointed!

I'm here at this Burger King at 8: 11 PM on 10-23-2022, they won't let me in because the lobby supposedly closes at 8 PM! To hell with them! No more BK for me! I'm sure as hell not going through their drive through, there are way too many other places that appreciate my business!

This BK is usually good, but seems to have fallen off recently. Tonight the soda machine had no ice, there were no clean trays so every order came in to go bags, the tables were all minorly dirty (like just some crumbs and straw wrappers etc), and the condiment dispensers were all missing from the lobby.

Edit 9/18/22: Seems to be improving again under new management. Upped to 4 stars.

If you enter this drive through you better have some extra time on your hands. 15-20 minutes is common for 3 to 4 car line. And you better check your order before you move. Wrong order and or wrong drink is very common here.

Sandwiches were not put together right and did taste good at all and I usually enjoy eating at the Denver Burger King at hwy 150

Southwest Bacon burger was great along with the fries. The drive thru was steady - with minimal staffing they kept the orders flowing. I was impressed.

Employees are rude and they gave me the order wrong when I went to inform it the lady there gave me an attitude.

I am sympathetic to the fact that help is hard to find and I extend grace to every eating establishment. However, I simply do not have 20 extra minutes to sit and wait in the drive thru. I will try again down the road but this was my 2nd attempt in 2 weeks and ended up driving away.

I just have to say, I went here today for drive thru service. I was told that they are not able to serve you during shift change at 2: 30 pm. I asked how long it would be and she said 15 minutes. I have never heard of such a ridiculous thing. You would think A manager would be able to multi task their employees. Needless to say I didn't wait.

Waited 30 mins in line for just 3 drinks then finally left before even moving.will not return to this location.

Food is NEVER HOT, it's like they make way too much ahead of time and it just sits. That being said, you're LUCKY if cold food is your only problem, at least 50% of the time we go here they don't give us something we paid for. It's so frustrating to spend money here to constantly get bad food or the wrong order. I'd say avoid this place if you have any other options.

Every time I order anything here, it's completely wrong or undercooked. I can't believe anyone comes back here.

They have no respect for their customers the black manager came out and was being extremely disrespectful towards her customers and I do not appreciate that for them to disrespect my wife and me at the same time and they also let other customers disrespect me and my wife. I would never spend another dollar here and they also spit in your food and use tomatoes that are off the floor just so you guys know you're welcome and I will post this anywhere and everywhere that I can! Frustrated customer!

Ordered breakfast delivery. The app gave me no confirmation of my order nor any tracking info. After 45 minutes I called the store and was told my order was ready but had not been picked up. I went to the store myself and had to wait 10 minutes while they prepared it. Once there, the employee was nice. But the overall delivery order process was a failure for me. Not sure who ends up with the delivery service charge and driver tip I paid.

The person that took my order was all right but the food was cold onion rings was not fresh the fish was soft and no taste the cheese took over the fish and when I took a bite of just of the so called fish it had no taste of fish just plain
