I had been a patient of Dr. Fontaine's for 15 years and called to make an appointment with the new doctors and was told they were not accepting new patients since it had been over 3 years. You get penalized for being healthy!

I was really looking forward to meeting Dr. Jill Jertson as I had heard great things about her from both my wife and sister who have seen her. Unfortunately I have extreme healthcare anxiety and called to make sure it would be ok for my wife to accompany me to my appointment. The woman who answered the phone in scheduling today told me no and that only if someone has a “real” need for someone to accompany them. Which made me feel dismissed with what to me feels very feel real, which is anxiety. While I respect times have changed because of COVID I just felt that she was very dismissive and didn’t even check in with anyone else to see if an exception could be made. Again it was the lack of empathy that lead me to giving the 1 star rating.

I am a first time patient and had Tiffany. She was incredibly sweet and thorough, everyone here aside from the lady at the front desk were so nice! My appointment was at 2, I got here early and waited less than 5 minutes. I left by 2: 30. I don’t know about those other reviews but I had an amazing experience with them.

Dr. Kelly Dixon was one of the best Medical professional that I’ve ever seen in the U. S. She was very knowledgeable, patient and caring. I am thankful for her.

If you had asked me a year ago, I would have provided a 5 Star review for my experience with my individual provider. However, the office management at this practice is very poor. My provider of close to 20 years retired and I was not notified about this. I drive from Charlotte to see my provider, and when I showed up for my appointment, I was casually told I would be seeing someone else. This was really upsetting to me. The office management team here told me that they didn't inform patients that the provider retired, and didn't update the phone system with the new provider for several months. I have requested that my records be transferred somewhere else.

I’ve seen Dr. Fontaine for years and he is everything you want in a Gynecologist and more.

He has a great personality and is not the typical stuffy doctor. He truly cares about you and explains what he is doing and why.

No unnecessary tests. If he says I need something, he gives options.

My experience with the staff was horrible. I ask for a clearance letter that I need for a surgey that I will be having. This office knows my medical history cause I never get sick and I dont have a primary physician. I reach out to the doctor she had her assistants call me and tell me that I need a primary physician, I told them it doesn't have to be a primary physician. One told me well you better try to find you one and the other assistant told me you haven't seen us over a year I told her I saw youll last year. When I contact the doctor all she had to do was respond back to me NO. Both assistants was rude and nonchalant about the situation. So I canceled my appointment and will not be back in that office again.

The office is run horribly, dont expect to get your prescriptions on time or at all. Good luck getting a human on the phone and once you do they'll probably just put you on hold anyway. Extremely rude and condescending employees. And on top of all that the doctors are NOT gentle

I had a great experience here and wished I didn't have to move offices due to location! I was always provided with so much helpful information and it was always quick and painless. Dr. Nancy Young was wonderful and caring and I would recommend her to any woman!
