I purchased a computer and screen sometime in 2023 and had a really good experience with them. Because of the great experience I went back and bought a second monitor to have dual screens. Unfortunately for me I could not get it to link up (my error). Wayne had reached out to me on making sure everything had worked out and I told him I was having issues. We wound up talking on the phone so he could walk me through a couple steps to try to resolve the issue but unfortunately it didn't. Wayne was kind enough to come back to the store in order to help me get everything straightened out the same day I purchased the monitor. He has seriously GREAT customer service skills. If I ever need anything else computer wise I'll be returning to him again!

Digital link is the great place for repair and new phones.
They were great.they had the part in stock which I didn't think anyone would. In and out in 15 mins.a nice shop with nice people. Finally found an iphone etc shop that I can trust and I've been let down by many others. Saved my day thank you digital link.

They will mess your stuff up and offer a list of reasons on how it can't possibly be their fault. When that doesn't work, they'll charge you to fix the problem they caused.
I feel robbed.
And I see I'm not the only one.

Do not recommend. My wife took her phone there to have a battery replaced and when she got it back the battery was worse and the jack on the phone was loose. She took it back and got one excuse after another as to why it wasn’t they’re fault but wanted to charge her 20$ for a new jack. Before this my mother in law went to have an issue fixed on her phone and when she got it back her contacts were erased. Google it and fix it yourself before you go here seriously.

Phone fixed in a day had some water damage and they took care of that and saved me from buying another phone

Bought a refurbished PC with a tb ssd and 16 gb of ram for well under $300 here. It runs like lightning and has exceeded my expectations. Really happy with all the hardware and software included, and the refurbisher was really friendly and knowledgeable and demonstrated the features before I purchased. I highly recommend this business if you're looking for a refurbished computer. Went miles above my experience buying pcs from larger refurbishing companies.

I brought in my laptop because it was very slow, the tech was very knowledgeable and found a reasonable solution to change out the hard drive to digital, it not only fixed my problem but was very inexpensive.thanks so much
